              My 86 year old father received a bill from this company for a medical bill that he had never received. Unfortunately he paid it in the amount of $2050.00, we still have not seen the original medical bill and he also overpaid $100.00. I have been calling them since June to get the $100.00 refund. I have been told it will be mailed, it has been mailed, etc. Last was a check was mailed on 9/18/23, which has never been received. Last week I got a call that will send out another check...still nothing has been received. I want the $100 refund and I want to see the original hospital bill!!!
