I hired this company to sweep my chimney and as part of the job they also put camera up inside the chimney to check and see if it needed to be repaired. They told me that they found issues in chimney and it needed to be repaired. ****, the repair person promised to get back to me within a week of the service with a quote to repair the chimney. The service was done October. Since then I have repeatedly called and spoken to their receptionist *******, and to the owner regarding the status of my quote. It is now December, over a month from the date of when I should have received the quote, and there has been no quote. As a result of their service, my fireplace is now unusable and in total disrepair. Unfortunately until the repair is made I cannot use the fireplace. I use the fireplace as a second heat source for the house and now it is winter and I no longer have that resource.As a result of the owner not following through, I will have to hire another company and pay additional fees to get the job done. Given their terrible customer service, I highly recommend staying away from these folks.
