This is the second time I am receiving a **** for $404 from the billing **** when I owe "0". Account No. ******** statement date 06/10/2022. Billing phone ************. A couple months ago I received the same **** for $404.00 I had my insurance company call the billing **** and I called and spoke with a rep at the billing **** named Walled. I even had the billing company mail me a letter stating I owe them nothing. This **** is for services on 9/27/21 & 10/31/21. THAT WAS LAST YEAR. I paid my copay on the dates of service I have the receipts to prove it and the *** from my health insurance stating I owe zero. I realize this is a NEW billing company for this office but they need to stop bothering meBusiness response

I am writing as a response to the letter we received regarding a complaint from our patient ******* Block.
He stated he received 2 statements that he owes $404.00 after further review of his account he has a zero balance and has had a zero balance. The statement that went out sent before all adjustments were made to the account. The patient does not have a balance at this time. I called the patient to advise.
Please let me know if anything else is needed from us.

I am rejecting this response because: It turns out this is a new billing company for this ****************** They routinely send EVERYONE billing notices who have been to this office. I got this **** ONE YEAR after I was last at this office for a visit. It took several phone calls from myself and my ***** care insurance company to prove that my copay had been paid & my healthcare company paid them as well. After this was resolved then a month later I got another **** from them for the same $404 so I had to call again. Both bills were handled by a person by the name of "WALLID" for the billing company. I never received a letter I requested stating I had a zero balance. I fully expect yet another **** for the same visits sometime in the future. WALLID if you read this send me a receipt that I OWE **** on this account.
