Running false promotions Made order involving the paymoneywubby desk mat. As part of the drop of the item they did a promotion live in stream that the first set amount of orders would recieve limited edition stickers as part of the drop.No "while supplies last" nothing like that. Just first set amount of orders PLACED ***** recieve the items with the order.Order takes to 2 weeks to get, took an entire week just to leave warehouse despite posted company policy being 1-2 business days after purchase. Order does not contain the promised promotional items.Reach out to customer service. "We didnt have enough we'll send some to you by mail please wait 1-2 weeks". 2 weeks go by. Nothing. Reach out again. " we don't know if we even have any in stock, well contact the shipping department which will take 1-2 days for a response". Press the issue further. And it quickly changes to multiple other excuses like " no one said you would get the promotional items sent with your order" and then an outright lie "we sent it, it got lost in the mail" immediately after an other employee confirmed they dont know if it got sent and dont even know if they have said stickers in inventory.So. They don't fulfill orders as they are recieved. They didn't even have enough of the promised promotional items to honor the qualified purchases made during the live promotion. They then told me its in the mail, wait another two weeks. And now two weeks later, one full month since purchase, no promised items and multiple different answers while being told to wait another week plus.
