Dear Seabrook ***** I am writing this letter to officially file a complaint against your facility for the unprofessionalism and lack of ethics displayed throughout my stay. I self-admitted to Seabrook on April 12, 2023, to safely detox from alcohol and completed the program on April 22, 2023. However, I have faced nothing but issues and challenges since then.My primary concern is regarding the medication I was prescribed by Dr. ********************** Despite several attempts made by me and my PCP to contact ************** or another qualified medical staff member daily, we have yet to receive any response since April 22, 2023. It is unacceptable and unethical to leave a patient in the lurch, especially when it comes to a sensitive health issue like this.Furthermore, I have also reached out to ***************************** regarding billing issues and down-payment charges on my account. Despite the numerous voicemails left by me daily and no return calls, ***************************** has remained unresponsive since April 25. I have tried to reach out to other members of the staff, including the **** ******************************, with no success. In fact, all employees claim that someone will reach out to me, but that has not been the case. It is clear that your facility lacks basic communication protocols and does not take the concerns of patients seriously.Due to the evasive and unprofessional behavior of the Seabrook **** staff and management, I have filed a formal complaint with the ** ******** of ****** Health and ********* Services, and a pending complaint with the **** NAATP, and have reached out to the ** Attorney General as well.Lastly, I would like to request a call or in-person meeting with *************************** to resolve the issues at hand, particularly with regards to ************** and ****************************** I hope that Seabrook **** takes the necessary steps to make sure such issues do not occur with anyone else in the future. This is a response to a complaint made by a customer of ********************** by the name of *****************************. **************** alleges that after he successfully completed treatment in April **************************************************************** regards to questions about his medication as well as questions about a bill from Seabrook. Customer reports that he has made several attempts to contact staff at the facility and has not received a response to his questions. Customer reports that he has filed complaints with other agencies and has in writing requested a call or meeting with CEO, *************************** to resolve the issues stated above. This writer received the complaint via mail on 5/31/23. The first attempt to call the customer was made on 5/31/23 at ****** at the phone number provided on the complaint *************).There was no answer however this writer left a detailed voicemail stating the reason for my call as well as my current title as interim CEO and the best number to reach me. The second attempt to call the customer was made on 6/1/23 around ****** at which time there was no answer and an additional voicemail was not left at that time. At this time, we are unable to reach the customer in an attempt to rectify the complaint and/or discuss the issues included in the complaint.
