    I have been getting the drug Nucala for over 10 years. I am enrolled in the Gateway to Nucala copay assistance program. I was advised by my pharmacy to pay for the shot first then submit a claim to the copay program and get reimbursed. I have been purchasing my shot and then submitting the receipts for reimbursement. In the past 10 years had not problem with getting my reimbursment before I would have to purchase another shot. Recently, Gateway to Nucala Copay program has changed companies that do their reimbursement to IQVIA/***********. I submitted my first shot January 3rd, in the amount of $ ********, it was approved. I was told that the check was cut on 2/1/2024 and sent out in the mail. I submitted my second shot from February 6th on the 8th in the amount of $ ******* and it was approved, I was told that the check was cut on 2/16/2024 and was sent out in the mail. To date I have not received any checks, I have call and emailed numerous times spoke to numerous customer services reps who tell numerous explanations. First it was sent out then it was delayed then the check was sent out it can take 2 to 4 weeks. I am in PA you are in **, it should not take 4 weeks to receive mail. I have asked numerous times to have a supervisor call me to tell me what is going on with my reimbursement, no call. I have been told numerous times that the claim has been escalated to propriety , nothing happens. The customer services reps have been very helpful, but your billing department will not let me know where my reimbursement is. I have to buy another shot this Friday, to date, my mother is going to have to pay for this shot since I do not have the money to do so. I want to get my refund for my claims that have been submitted so far. This company is not doing the service that GSK has hired them to do. I just called today again, and I was told that I have to wait 90 days for my check to be reissue, since it seems to be lost. I have to put another $3000 out next week to purchase another shot. Please help.

    Company for medical **pay reimbursement of the ** pay on the med starting with S and ending in i. 1. 3 reimbursements requested. Each was extremely difficult. 2. Dept to **** cant see my documents I had to upload, fax, and email twice for the 5/5/23, date of service.because of this.3. Could not obtain a supervisor to talk to or the mailing address to write a supervisor.. I did get two email addresses. Email doesnt give me any re**rd that they have the email that I know of.4. I was told the last payment to me for 5/5/23 infusion was processing immediately on 9/18/23, and would go out ****** It was not and I called and was told the checks go out 15 and 1st of month. I was not told this until the week ending in 10/1. I called today and after almost an hour was told that it went out regular mail. I dont have it. I have requested the check number. I hope to have that today. I dont want help getting the check as of now. Ill give them the extra time for the mail to arrive to me.5. Time on the phone. Every time I called I was on the phone between 30 to 50 minutes after reaching a representative. The representative has to **ntact other departments and it takes an unacceptable amount of time.6. Each representative I spoke with was very polite and respectful. These issues are not their fault. Its policy and procedure problem. 7. I would never re**mmend this **mpany to anyone. I will never willingly deal with them again and will advise oh so many others of my experience.
