It was very difficult for me to have to sell my familys home which had many childhood memories. *** was very nice and no pressure . Whenever there was an issue **** would get back to me quickly and was always polite.

I called and met with multiple Investor companies, and I chose to work with Halo Homebuyers because I felt that they were the most professional and knowledgeable. We were looking for a quick as-is sale and a fair price for the house and ******** was able to make that happen. I met ***** when he came to walk through the house to assess its condition and was very impressed by his knowledge of the industry and his creativity in what could be done to the house. Working with ******** the rest of the way through closing was a pleasure as he is very professional and courteous with his customers. The best company to deal with in New Jersey for cash sale of as-is home buyers. Period. Jon and his team were excellent from start to finish. When dealing with the cash sale home buyers, there are many things to factor into a decision. I contacted a few companies to get 3 independent estimate offers. Halo Homebuyers was the most responsive, non-pressured and most informative company I dealt with. I stressed the importance of dealing with a "local" company in my area, not a brokerage or referral service. Jonathan responded personally, both by email and telephone. In our first phone conversation, he took the time to explain everything in an orderly fashion. He was realistic, and I felt at ease talking and providing information. I was able to evaluate all the information and understand the process. Other companies were very short, pressed me for a decision, and called constantly. This was not the case with Halo Homebuyers. Once I gave permission to text and email, it was a pleasure to handle the process at my pace, while providing Halo with the information they needed. Jorge came out for an in-person inspection of the property, and was prompt and very polite. His professional attitude and honest evaluation confirmed that I was dealing with the right people. In the end, I received a fair offer with a closing deadline that met my needs. Every step of the way, they were there to answer any questions and provide updates. I cannot thank them enough, and can whole-heartedly refer them as excellent.

*** was great to work with, he was very responsive and always answered any questions and addressed any concerns we had. He explained the entire home selling process and was very respectful and very willing to work around ******** frames and schedules. Despite some delays and paperwork issues on our end, *** made sure the process stayed on track and communicated with us the entire time. *** and his team met all deadlines and followed up to make sure our experience was a good one. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our recent experience working with ********** and ****************.This was a personally difficult time for us. My husband's brother (******) had recently passed away unexpectedly. He owned his own home and it needed to be sold.Many individuals and businesses, wanting to buy and/or sell the home, were contacting us relentlessly by phone and by mail. We were becoming very confused and overwhelmed, until we came upon the Halo website. It sounded like a good fit for us and that ******'s hand was guiding us to contact them. The home needed a considerable amount of work. Knowing that we could neither physically nor financially fix it ourselves, we made the decision to sell it "as is".
