      Hello my order YSL_05743244 came with damaged products that were in an unusable state and did not look safe to touch. I contacted customer support who promised a resolution but I have not received one. I am requesting a full refund of $269.11 for receiving damaged and completely unusable products.

      I placed the order (YSL_03273791) on 2 Nov, 2022. I bought Y EAU DE PARFUM DUO GIFT SET and COUTURE CLUTCH EYESHADOW PALETTE. I didnt received the COUTURE CLUTCH EYESHADOW PALETTE. I contacted them a couple times. They first promised me to refund back to me but turns out they didnt. I am now out of project of $159.

      Here is what happened:A few weeks ago, I noticed that I was charged $35.10 from YSL Beauty on my **************** card. I had no idea what it was and how it occurred. I never authorize YSL to keep my credit card info and did not place any order recently, so it concerned me a lot. I called YSL Beauty's customer service and spoke to 4 different agents. All of them were not willing to help. They said the system shows I signed up for auto-replenishment, but I did not! I did not even know what this auto shipment is! Obviously the system played some trick and auto selected this for me without my acknowledge. After I received this product, I was going to return it. However, YSL doesn't provide free shipping. I'll have to pay for shipping on an item that I did not order? I can't believe a big company like them would do something this dirty. All I need is free shipping to return this product and an apology from them. So far, all customer service agents are rude and refuse to help.

      I ordered a bundle of 2 products. My order was delivered, but when opened I noticed I was missing part of my Bundle, only received 1 of 2 items. I called customer service and was told that part of my bundle wasnt fulfilled due to it being out of stock. I checked my account and see that I was charged $60.46 instead of the $120 that I was initially charged for the Bundle. But the product that was fulfilled was only retailed at $30 on YSL. Why I was I charged $30 more? Why wasnt I made aware that my order couldnt be fulfilled as ordered and giving the option to either cancel or proceed? Why wasnt my order cancelled instead of overcharging me and still shipping out the item? Imagine if I didnt look into this. With YSL being such a reputable brand, this was a horrible experience. Now I have to pay for shipping to return the item and lose out on more money due to their error.

      I purchased a bottle of Opium perfume and the top has come off, so the bottle is no longer usable as I don't have any way to spray anything. I contacted YSL Beauty, which chose not to respond to me, so I am filing this complaint. Either send me a new bottle, exactly like what I ordered or refund me. This is the order number: ********. Truly the worst customer service ever.

      I managed to accumulate over ****** beauty points after being a rewards member for YEARS. And this company stole every point to zero me out because I did not make a purchase in 12 months. Never was I informed of such policy. Not only do they refuse to reinstate. But they refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager beyond customer service agents. I have never heard of such bologna. This is an UNETHICAL business.

      I made a purchase from ysl beauty Order Details Order Number: YSL_02819822 Date Ordered: Sunday, November 28, 2021 I never received it and I contacted them and they have opened up 2 investigations with **** The second was open because they told me they never got a reply from the first. The first was opened 12/15 and the second was 12/30. I have contacted them throughout this time but they keep telling me to wait longer. This is well past the time to wait. I want a refund for my order 273. 82

      I placed two orders from YSL on Sep 6th. One order was mistakenly placed, so I contacted YSL live chat representative immediately and asked them to help me cancel the order. But I was told that I cannot cancel the order once I placed it. I can only apply for the return after receiving the package. Then I contacted them on Sep 13 for the return, the agent told me I have to pay for the shipping charges and they do not provide return label. I also asked whether I can return in store. I was refused again. I felt like they were cheating customers. They did not help us cancel the order before shipped, and tried to avoid returning by providing no return labels. I know it is the company policy but that really made me uncomfortable. I requested the agents to transfer my case to their supervisor, but they kept stating they have no managers at all. This is really unfair to customers.
