              I have a signed contract for Artie Clear Dry Wall, LLC to install "sound proof" drywall. I made it very clear of what type of drywall I desired and repeated it several times to Artie Clear and his workers. On the day of installation, I found out that the drywall installed was not soundproof but regular drywall with a sheet of plywood added. I informed them that soundproof drywall is called QuietRock. It's a little more expensive but I felt this reflected the high cost of the job. I tried calling Artie on several occasions to fix the problem, but he only made promises to come and look at the job which he never did. After many attempts to have him and his workers correct the situation, none have ever returned to my property. I paid $3700.00 in full for soundproof drywall and paint job of a bedroom. At this point I want him to return $1400.00 to me so that I can pay a different contractor to install the proper drywall and pay for their labor.

              Hired him to fix my roof. He comes in promise this promise that. He is a racist and a thief. I had more water coming in after he did the work. How can a new roof leak worse than old one? He says he is friends with the eagles that don't make my roof not leak. Workers show up one day an not the next but never call to say so. He tells me he is married to a black woman showed me a picture even when I didnt ask then one the workers tell me that is a lie he tell to get work from black customers that some kind of racism I say. He didn't even look at the roof before giving me price. left mess of cans and black strips all ** in my yard. He don't call back about fixing even though I paid his bankers every month. How you know hes lyin? His lips are movin.
