I financed a Jeep Grand Cherokee eco diesel Overland from all approved auto sales in October 2021. Five months later I get notified of an open recall on that jeep through the mail. I notified the dealership and received no response about the recall. I even alerted Credit acceptance that I finaced the vehicle through and all they said was keep making my payments. This particular recall is a fire hazard recall. The egr coolant system failed. The vehicle lost all power and would not clear the muffler system. I have a one year old and a three week old baby boys. Their lives would've been at stake let alone mine and my wife's if I was to continue to drive the vehicle. They would not buy back the vehicle nor gave me any opportunity to trade it in for something safe and usable for me and my family. They just repo the vehicle because I could not keep paying about 800$ a month and it was dangerous to even think about driving it. They blamed the part. But that part still has not been made yet. The letter states that when the part gets made I would be notified. That never happened in over a year. Now I have a repo on my credit history that I was trying to build. My own mother cosigned with me and that was a task of its own. I hope nobody else has to go through this hardship. I feel like I have been robbed. And nobody can help me. I lost over 10,000$ with both companies behind this LEMON. Thanks to Credit Acceptance and All Approved Auto sales in Burlington **. Me and my family are walking and talking public transportation all over again.

On January 15th 2022 I went into All Approved Auto Sales dealership with my sister and family friend to Co-Sign documentation for my sister ******* ****** to Receive a car. Upon sitting down with the representative I saw BUYER INITIAL and immediately with everyone present I clarified if anything related to the car would be listed on my credit report and stated that I did not want to sign if otherwise. The representative stated that my credit would not be affected and that I was signing under buyer because I was co-signing for *******. The representative also stated that after several payments I would be able to be dropped from the agreement because I was just a Co-signer. ******* had made a down payment prior to my presence, with the dealership. Included in that payment was suppose to plates that replaced the temporary plates which the representative stated she would receive by February 12 2022. ******* never received her plates as promised, contacted the dealership multiple times to request help and was asked for 500 dollars more to obtain them.I have contacted Credit Acceptance June 10th 2022 after seeing my credit was brought down 131 points due too charges of late payment. I was informed that I was listed as primary buyer and not co-signer and the information that I could just be removed after a few payments was false.******* also received her plates June 4th 2022 only after going to report her plates at the *** where the representative assisted her because the system showed that the dealership had Shakiras plates since February 9th 2022.Due to the mis-information I was given by the representative I would like these charges off my credit. The dealership has done shady business and has taken advantage of Me as well as ******* to make a sale.I believe the representative took advantage of us due to our young nature, and attempted to use false information to gain more capital for the dealership.

I purchased a car from this dealership on Jan 15th,2022. I feel as though I was forced or directed to take this vehicle because this isnt the car I originally inquired about or went to see, but the reps told me that with my credit and down payment this was the only vehicle I could get. On top of them not explaining to me that my APR rate would be 22% making my 2018 used car valued at $46.000. I gave them a down payment of $2000.00. Initially I wanted to give $1500.00 but was asked by the rep to squeeze a extra $500 for plates, registration, and processing fees. I left the dealership that day with my car and temporary tags that were set to expire February 12, ***************************************************************************************** when my plates arrived and could be picked up. As February neared I began to call the dealership to get information on when I could pick up my plates, I was then told by the female representative that in order for the dealership to release the plates I would need to pay an additional $500.00. When I inquired why I was given the run around and told that I would only be issued temp plates until I pay the additional $500.00.Over the next several months I contacted the dealership and got the same feed back. My car was towed on May 16,2022 and I needed the proper tags in order to get my vehicle back. After speaking with a representative at the ** ***, I was given an appointment. When I went to my appointment on June 3, 2022. I reported my plates as loss and the *** rep contacted the dealership who then informed her that I could come pick up my plates. I contacted the dealership in front of the *** worker and was told that my plates arrived at the dealership during the week prior, which was a lie because I was told that my plates arrived at the dealership on Feb 9, 2022. After a 3 and a half hour travel from the *** to the dealership I was yelled at by the dealership owner and instructed to shut my mouth and stop talking.
