I got my car in November 2021, and the first problem of my car was my power steering wheel was messed up. Then my best friend got an accident in my car and hydroplaned into a medium then my luxe start acting up and then my battery started acting up. I would me a jump every other day. And this Monday, my locks start acting up and started walking and unlocking itself, and kill my battery . Ive called city select numerous times and told him about my problem. And even said I want to exchange for my car or trade in . They declined to give me a trade-in. They said that they couldnt give me a trading because the amount of time I had my car.. I only had one accident in my car in the accident was caused by the Power steering wheel being messed up. They have sold me a lemon . And the only thing that they fixed on it was my power steering wheel motor and i paid $400 for it. When they told me over the phone, it will be 200 for the part and 100 for the labor. But yet they charge me 400 even for the whole thing altogether.

This Customer purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu on November 10th 2021. The vehicle came with a 50/50 warranty on the motor, rear, and transmission only.
On May 26th 2022, the customer informed ********************** the vehicle was having an issue with the Power Steering. The customer took the vehicle to ************** where they were informed that the vehicle needed to have the electric power steering motor replaced. ************** quoted the customer $1,900 to fix.
A power steering repair is not a warranty covered item. We offered to help the customer by replacing it with a used power steering motor. We informed the customer the part cost $250 and labor for install would be $150. On June 1st, 2022, the customer picked up their vehicle and paid the $400 total for the repair.
Around July 25th 2022, the customer called stating their vehicle would not start. We towed the vehicle for free to *********** in Evesham **. *********** informed the customer the vehicles battery needed to be replaced. The customer refused this service and did not replace the battery.
Twice in September the customer called ********************** to request a tow for the vehicle not starting. Upon arrival City Select Auto Sales tow truck operator gave the vehicles battery a jump to get it started. The tow truck operator informed the customer again that they need a battery replacement. On September 22nd the customer called asking for a tow for the vehicle not starting. The manager at City Select Auto Sales asked the customer if they had replaced the battery yet, to which the customer replied they did not. ********************** informed the customer we would not be coming out to tow their vehicle until they had replaced the battery.
When trading a customers vehicle in for a new loan City Select Auto Sales considers many factors. Condition and value of the vehicle and a customers payment history are two of many factors that are considered. The customer could attempt to increase the value of their trade-in vehicle by fixing repairs that *** be needed. In this case, we could not offer the customer a trade-in without additional funds in the form of down payment. We suggested that the customer continue to pay their account down before we can look to trade in their vehicle and help them to purchase another.
