      I bought 2021 bmwx5 xdrive40i from this dealership last August 2023 and I sold this car in June 08 2024 ,I canceled all protective contracts. Protective company they told me that I must get a check from this dealer in 4 to 6 weeks . It has been more than 8 weeks and I don't get any check from this dealership, trying to call them several times but no answer.

      I recently purchased a preowned car from route 23 nissan right from the start it was horrific. The salesperson sold me a car that had an open recall then the finance department tried to add a banking fee which the bank doesn't charge I called the bank personally. I did get a refund, after calling Nissan Headquarters. My deposit was made using my debit card which they treated like a credit card and charged 3% still waiting for that refund. Didn't get the car for 2 weeks while the recall was remedied. My own bank offered a 2% less bank loan. Very disappointed with the whole process. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone

      I had a deeply disappointing experience at Route 23 Nissan. I found a 2021 ***** Tahoe listed on their website for $41,988 two to three months ago. After speaking with ****, who assured me of no hidden costs, I drove to the dealership expecting to finalize the purchase.Upon arrival, I discovered the price had been inflated by $5,990 in undisclosed add-ons, which were never mentioned before. This felt deceitful and wasted my time.The online price has since increased to $41,288. Despite several requests for a detailed price quote to avoid future surprises, the General Manager, *********, has not responded to my emails. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable and feels shady. It also shows that they do not value customer satisfaction.In summary, ******************** misled me with hidden costs and poor customer service. Potential customers should be aware of these practices before doing business with this dealership. I urge Route 23 Nissan to be more honest and transparent to avoid further damaging their reputation.

      Bring your car in for service, expect to be there for hours and drive off the lot with issues you didnt come on with. Worst dealership in **!

      So... for six weeks now, I have been paying for a jeep, including insurance that I can not drive.Your office has been non responsive and very unprofessional regarding these issues. I have sent several texts, not to mention numerous phone calls with NO resolution to this matter. There is NO sense of urgency from your office regarding these issues that you are legally obligated to complete in order for me to drive away freely with no concerns of legal notion for "improper use of a vehicle". You sold me a vehicle that I am not legally able to use or enjoy.Legal action can and will be enforced against you if you don't respond back to me with a positive plan of action by end of business, 05/20/2024.Facts mentioned below- for legal action:4.5 months of unresolved issues and unprofessional practices.01/05/24 Purchased Jeep 01/23/24 Request from your office to complete emissions to obtain registration and title 01/23/24 I sent all requested paperwork to obtain registration and title As of today, 05/19/24, I still do not have my registration or copy of my title. I was pulled over by the New York state police for improper plates on my jeep. Your office did not complete the legal transition from my trade in vehicle to the jeep that I caught from you. Therefore, I am driving an illegal vehicle until you complete the paperwork that should have been completed the day I bought the jeep in January. State police advised me to park and not drive the jeep until all issues are resolved. If caught driving again my jeep will be impounded and I will be brought up on charges.Again, respond by end of business, 05/20/2024, or legal action WILL be enforced.*****************************

      My wife and I had negotiated a deal to purchase a pre-owned ** from the dealership's lot. We spent up until 9 p.m. that day finalizing the agreement, which included a $7,000 down payment. Towards the conclusion of our negotiations, one of the managers, *********, assured us that they would apply the ** tax break at the point of salean offer they had proposed, not us. However, they required us to wait until they received confirmation from the *** before releasing the car to us.Over the following two days, I made multiple attempts to obtain updates, as I urgently needed the car for work. Unfortunately, my inquiries were met with silence, leaving me in the dark about the status of our purchase. To my dismay, during this period of uncertainty, they sold the car to someone else without any notification or explanation.When I questioned why they had proceeded with the sale, their justification was flimsy: "The car was still here, and we hadn't heard back from the ***." They cited a lack of policy regarding holding cars, conveniently neglecting to inform me of the potential risk of losing the vehicle. While I can accept the policy itself, the complete absence of communication was unacceptable and misleading.Despite having signed a contract and finalized the deal, I was left without a car due to their failure to honor our agreement. Even worse, the general manager, ***, didn't make any effort to reach out and address the situation. Instead, I had to initiate contact with him, only to receive more hollow assurances. Here is what he said he would do:********************************************************************************** He has yet to follow up on this situation. It has been 2 weeks.I would advise anyone considering visiting this establishment to exercise caution, particularly when dealing with individuals like *** and *********, who epitomizes the stereotype of dishonest salesmen.

      I contacted this dealership inquiring about the off the lot price of a vehicle. I was told via the finance assistant ******* it would be the price listed online plus the $799 ** vehicle sale fee. I confirmed this multiple times with her prior to stating I would be driving almost 6 hours to come look at the vehicle. She stated she would put the vehicle on hold for me till I arrived. This was confirmed with her and the sales rep **** I was also told that since I had completed an *** instant cash offer on my trade-in that price would be honored at the dealership. I read the reviews with hesitancy but had confirmed all the details with them multiple times prior to leaving. I drove to the dealership and was greeted by *** having the vehicle preheated, yet the car had a flat tire before I even took it on a test drive. I'd like to think you'd check that before having someone drive the car. I took the test drive and we sat down and discussed the deal. I was then told by *** how "the world is being overtaken by Satan as gays are allowed to marry and people are trying to tell kids to change their genders". Not necessarily the conversation I'd bring up when selling a car. I ignored the matter and we discussed my trade in. He took down my vehicle information and brought it to someone in the back. He came back saying they were offering me "soo much for my vehicle" and that is was an amazing deal. A whopping $250, despite the *** being $2,500. They never even walked outside to look at the vehicle. Worth more in scrap at that point. I mentioned being told that they were going to honor the *** instant cash offer, and he said "well I never said that" and "well ******* doesn't work with finance". So why had I been told it was ******* from finance on the phone. So I took the trade off the table. He went back to process my card and comes back saying there's been an error. The quote I was given was 10 grand less than the cost, 30% more than the price I was told. Took my card and left.

      One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Called in the morning made an appointment for 7pm to come look at a ram **** Laramie. Was told the vehicle was still available then. Read the reviews I was hesitant on going up so I made a second call at about 2:30 in the afternoon to make sure that the car was available and let them know that I was coming up with my family to come take a look at the car. Whats really crazy is that they called me around 5:30 PM to make sure that I was still coming to look at the 2020 Dodge Laramie. I said yes Ill be up there with my children. I live about an hour and a half away. Ill be there shortly up arriving to wait like 10 minutes once I arrived, I saw, the salesman, the front desk person, **** and the manager go in the office and talk they set us down at a desk my wife and I ask can we please see the vehicle the sales person named **** had told us that the vehicle already had a deposit on it. At that point, I knew they obviously lie to me and my family. The next question out of their mouth was can we help you with another vehicle possibly. Complete ********. I wanted that car specifically the manager then was still trying to get me into another vehicle. The manager also told me that the car needed work I had told him. Why wouldnt you tell me that it did instead of wasting my time and money to come here. Bottom line is that they that they were going to try and pull a bait and switch on me. I shouldve gone with my gut instincts about the warnings that I saw on all the reviews about this place. Terrible business terrible people terrible experience dont ever go here.

      In 45 years and over 100 car purchases this dealer rates the worst for deceptive tricks, high pressure sales, and unprofessional behavior. They need to be investigated and fined. We obviously did not buy a car from them and walked out only to be stalked by 3 managers and sales agents.
