Hi my complaint about a septic company that is not properly draining septic tanks. I purchased my home in **************************************** 2014 never used I went 7 years without having it pumped the driver came and pumped the tanks December 13th ******************************************************************************************************************************* the bottom he said we leave some for good bacteria okay I'm a new owner homeowner I don't know any better. Now a year and approximately 3 weeks later I am selling my home and the inspection failed because my tanks are full of solids so apparently the septic tank company drained the water out of my tanks which would have been pumped out into the ***** field did not bother to put the hose deep enough in to take to pump out solids which is the purpose of having your tank pumped In the process of selling my home the inspector failed me he said both my tanks were filled with solids there is no humanly way possible for one person in a two-bedroom house to fill ***** gallon tanks so apparently **********'s ************** only pulled out water which would have been pumped out into my leech field system they told me they will come back and ****** but they're going to charge me well they should have did it right in the first place now my home sale is on hold because they're concerned about my full tanks one of the main reasons I had them pumped was to prep the home for sale and lovinburg is refusing to come out and take out the solids as they were paid to do a year ago they charged me for **** gallons of water not solids which is what they were here to pump out
