On 10/7/2021, I went to Memory Florist to order and purchase a stone for my deceased son. I paid $343 on credit card and $400 cash. I was told that I would get a sketch of the stone with the design that I asked for in a short amount of time. The first sketch came over a month later and I was very unhappy with it. I emailed the company back requesting certain changes. The sketch was revised and sent back 6 times over 4 months. The last sketch they sent me was on 2/2/22 and still was unacceptable. At that time, I called and asked for a refund. I was given an attitude by ********. I then spoke with **** who said that ******** will call me back and I still never heard from her. This is now 6 months later and I am not any closer to getting the proper stone for my son. I was able to get the $343 back from my bank but not the $400. I now need to find another business and start all over. This has been very upsetting to me and this process has stalled my grieving.
