    There are 2 issues that I am reporting. The first is that I was signed up for 2 identical accounts and was double charged. Then I was double charged again a year later. The second issue is that I did not know I was signing up for a year long subscription in the first place. Because they use a third party, FastSpring, to process payments, I did not recognize the emails from Pantone. I reached out to them immediately when I saw this second charge a year later and never heard back. I have reached out to them twice now, and filed a complaint with PayPal but haven't heard back. At least, I would like the double payments reimbursed, and the recurring payment on the single account reimbursed.

    I am filing a complaint with the BBB for lack of access to my yearly subscription to Pantone Connect account after TWO payments of $89.00 to their company in August of 2023 (Aug 3 + Aug 11). All correspondence goes through a chat system which took three days to connect with someone, and then via email from Feb. 1 - Feb 7 with I still no confirmation of a paid account.After a back and forth with FastSpring (Pantone's Seller Support) and Pantone Connect (Feb. 4-7) where I provided screen captures showing the charges via ***************** my current subscription plan on their website which states I'm in the free category NOT paid, last 4 AND 5 digits of my card number, login problems on the Pantone Connect side, the email address associated with my account and a possible additional email address, I was told they do not have my email in their system or proof of payment.On February 8 I reached out to Pantone Connect again via the email chain and on Feb. 11 received another email from a different customer support agent at FastSpring stating I needed to supply the needed information AGAIN to track down my account even after supplying that with the original agent.From FastSpring:Thank you for contacting FastSpring Support. I'm more than glad to assist you with your concern. I understand how important this is for you, so let me assure you that I will do my best to help you out. I have carefully researched with the information you kindly provided; however, I was not able to find it in our records. So I will appreciate it if you replied back to this email with additional information, such as a different email address associated with the order, or a screenshot that shows the transaction details.Any information will be greatly appreciated. I will be waiting for your response. It is now February 14, **** and I still am not able to access my twice paid for Pantone Connect account.
