There is no solution to my problem with this company. I have called numerous times to try and resolve my issue but all I got was customer service talking over me or just hanging up on me. I had issues with power supply on that they did send out a new power supply but that only lasted a week because that power supply was faulty as well. So by that power supply being faulty also damaged the pool robot which caused a short to motor and burning it out. I called them to replace the pool robot as well but all I got was rude customer service and hung up on. I requested to speak to a supervisor they took my number and told me the supervisor would call me back. It's been days and not one response. I have tried many times to call and come to a solution but all this company does is have rude customer service and no resolution on issue. All I am asking for is to replace the pool robot and power supply. This isn't the first time I purchased from this company so you see I do like their products but this time they really disappointed me. Hopefully it comes to a solution. Thank you
