I applied for a loan with TOC Financial with a $1200 downpayment for a car. The total of the car was $9,000 due to the car having issues the dealer credited my deposit due to the check engine light activating just two days after purchasing the car. 1 month later my car was stolen, and my insurance paid out the value of the car. While TOC Financial has marked my account closed on my credit report due to me no longer owning the car. Migente financial which is supposedly a part of the same company has been calling a harassing number of times without providing me with any paperwork or documentation that states that I owe them any money. I have requested these documents for numerous months and also requested not to be contacted until the contract can be produced to no avail. The company calls me 3 times a day and insinuates I am confused or misinformed with no evidence to show I owe anything to their company anything other than a system error.Business response

We are in communication with the customer, Cynara. There was an insurance claim filed and received, unfortunately, there was still a balance owed. We hope to find mutually agreed upon settlement in the very near future. Thanks
