I booked Hutchinson Plumbing online to fix a downstairs clogged toilet. Hutchinson Plumbing advised me by text of who the Technician was and when he would arrive and I was able to track his arrival to my home. The technician was neat and clean and knowledgeable and was able to fix my clogged toilet . He even cleaned up afterwards. I was very pleased with his service.

Our overall experience was amazing ****************** knows his stuff, The whole staff, great answered their phone at 6:30 in the morning, they were there by 12:30 same day. ****** did a fantastic job on diagnosing my problem, immediately called the home office to order the part, went out of his way to obtain temporary space heaters while our heater was down. A real asset to this company.Review from Joe T

Signed up for a maintenance plan with Hutchinson and they were to provide preventive maintenance and change air filters two times per year. They came out the first time but needed to call them back for a service due to condensate lien being disconnected. This was never identified on the first maintenance visit. Cost me an additional $400 for service and refused to come out for second maintenance visit to change air filter unless I signed up for another year. Receptionist was rude and could care less of losing a customer. Too bad they acquired ******** Air as Hutchinson runs their business nothing like the well-respected ********. Never use Hutchinson, they are thieves. Overcharging, on all the services,I needed my furnace fixed, I called several hvac companies, but the only available asap was this horrible company, They came and installed a thermostat, that I supplied. They charged $320.00 just to install a thermostat, the a/c worked 1 day, the next day in broke again, they came back and said that I need a part, the said it would cost $1800.00. then they told me I need a new furnace they quoted $26000.00. Are you kidding me, my furnace stayed broken they could not get it to start again.I called a different company, they were able to fix my furnace only charged me $95.00. for the same service. 2 months later my furnace is still working. NEVER CALL THESE CROOKS.
