I have attempted to contact Harbor Linen to find out status of my order which was submitted January 16, 2022. Order number given is: ***** Order was to be shipped to my daughter's address, of which she still hasn't received.-I initially called 2/14/22, spoke with ****** who said he would have someone call me.-On 2/16/22-called again & spoke with ***** who took another ************** it as urgent & to respond ASAP/immediately. i asked ***** how long it took to get a ************* said he didn't know, he couldn't answer that question.-On 2/18/22-emailed **************************************************** -received notice of not a valid email-no response received..-On 2/18/22-called again & spoke with ******. She said she sent a message to an agent to contact me.-On 3/2/22-called again & spoke with ********. She took another message & put a note that a response was needed Today.-On 3/10/22-called & spoke with *****. She took a message & stated that she was notating that I would go to the ******************************* if I don't get a return call.-On 4/6/22-called Carnival, spoke with a representative there who asked me to contact Harbor Linen via phone & to also try email **************************** since my first email attempt was not successful. -On 4/6/22-called & spoke with ***** who took ANOTHER message to call me ASAP.-4/6/22-attempted twice to send message through Habor Linen's website CarnivalComfortCollection.com & received error messages.-4/6/22-emailed ************************************ notice of email undeliverable, this email address was not found -4/12/22-contacted Carnival & spoke with ******* who tried to send a message through Harbor Linen's site for me & got an error message.4/12/22-called & spoke with ****** in the AM-she sent a message for someone to call me back.4/12/22-called & spoke with Tye in the *** said Harbor Linen is still in business & took a message.All attempted contact efforts to Harbor Linen have received no response Thank U ***************************
