DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY PROMISE!!! October 22, 2023 I went to get a couples massage and during my massage the woman kept leaving the room and taking calls during my massage that I couldn't relax or enjoy it. When The Massage was over and we went to pay I said to the receptionist that my masseuse kept coming and going and taking phone calls during my massage she said oh that was me. I'm so sorry no one else to take calls and apologized 15 times and said the next time we come, my massage would be free because of the interruptions. She said when we come back, she will remember that she told me the massage is free because of what I experience. I booked the appointment for a month later 11/12/2023 I show up and the guy at the desk says it's $99 for a couple I explain to him the situation of what took place a month ago. He said he can't do that. we went back-and-forth and then he called his manager on the phone and explain the situation to again to her. She said we don't have a free policy and the woman who did my massage no longer works there she quit. How convenient is that? I said to her that is not my problem but I should get what I was promised she continued to refuse and I said that was bad business, prior to her quitting she was working for YOUR company so your company should uphold the promise made because a masseuse shouldnt walk in and out of the room interrupting the massage and taking phone calls during the massage when the room should be peaceful and serene. That manager didn't care and said my massage will not be free. Keep in mind the person I'm with was still going to pay for their part of the massage for $50. After speaking with her another woman comes out I explained the situation to her, she understood what I was saying but again said the woman quit. She called the manager again. I didn't understand what they were talking about because she was speaking in Chinese, when she hung up, she said so sorry. I cant get the free massage. Unacceptable practices.
