I booked at the hotel 3 weeks prior to my check in date. About a week before check in I requested a change of date. I went through booing.com first because that is where I booked the stay. I received an email 24hour later stating the property hasn’t responded to my request and I can call them directly. I called them 5 days before my booking trying to speak to someone about my request. I was greeted with a rude and condensing front desk man who wouldn’t give me any information I needed regarding changing my date. He raised his voice telling me there was nothing he himself could do and I had to wait for the manager. When asked to speak to the manager I was told he was out of town and he would get to his email when he gets to it. I waited 2 days no email no call back. I called again on Wednesday , 2 days before my check in. I called again asking if the manager was back yet and that it was a time sensitive matter. He again raised his voice at me stating he already told me there’s nothing he can do and only the manager can change reservation dates. When asked if the manager was back in town he yelled no and said I would receive an email when the manager responds and he hung up. I had my boyfriend call from a different number a few hours later and when he asked to speak to a manager the front desk person asked why and refused to give the managers name. When my boyfriend explained why he requested a manager the front desk person became loud for the third time yelling that he already told me 2 time about my booking there was nothing he can do and the manager is not back. When we asked when would the manager be back , he said to call Friday at 12 , which is after the day I needed my room changed to. He then hung up on my boyfriend and when I tried calling back on my own personal phone my number was blocked from contacting the property.
