    I have a 2024 Mercedes Benz and I was in an accident in late October. I have continue to make my monthly payments since. I put my car in the Mercedes Benz Cherry Hill body shop early November due to their recommendation. It's currently January 16th, and not only do I do not have my car back; I've also been given the run around by the **** dealership (both *************** manager), the body shop, and corporate. They've all told me that there is nothing they can do for me. As someone who pays a luxury price for a luxury vehicle it is something I can't accept.The accident was minor hood and grille damage (cosmetic), & it was still drivable when I turned it into Mercedes. *********** insurance was told that my parts would be ordered the first week of December and it would be completed the week of the 16th. that window then turned into after Christmas, which then turned into the new year, which turned into last week (week of the 10th), which turned into this week (week of the 17th), and now all of a sudden they need more parts which has now pushed my *** to 3 weeks from now. For about 3 weeks, I was told they were waiting on 3-4 parts to come in -- somehow in the midst of those parts finally coming in (if those had even come in yet), they discovered the need for additional parts! They've gone to my insurance (Progressive) for more part approvals FIVE times. I am not sure how that is even possible for hood and grille damage - the car was no where near totaled.I have been a loyal Benz customer for 4 years, this is my second lease with them and I've never missed a payment or had any issues prior. I went to the sales manager in person, and I explained what was going on. He told me it was nothing he could do, I said "so are you telling me I am s*** out of luck?" he said "basically, yes".I no longer want to be with Benz and want to be released out of my lease with no penalties. That car has been sitting there for 3 months and I have no idea what they have done to my car.

    I leased a ln SUV from this dealership August 2024. I live in ** and the dealership is located in **. The vehicle had summer tires installed, however I was never informed that this all-wheel drive SUV had summer tires installed and I would need to purchase new tires in 3-4 months for the leased vehicle. I have since learned that summer tires are dangerous to drive with in temperatures lower than 40 degrees. This information would have impacted my decision to lease. I was also not informed of this situation during the lease process, putting myself and my family in a dangerous position unknowingly driving on summer tires as we entered the winter months.Despite the dealer never disclosing to me that these were summer tires, nor informing me that I would need to change them out as the weather got colder, the dealership refuses to work with me to get appropriate tires installed on the vehicle, unless I pay $2,500 for new tires on this 3 months old vehicle.

    I purchased a certified preowned vehicle in august 2024, i started experiencing the back end of the vehicle swinging especially when negotiating a corner, drifting to the right and a noise in the rear of the vehicle. I took the vehicle back several times. The first time i was told nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Today is 10/17/2024 and the vehicle is at the mercedes dealer in cherry hill, now i am being told that 3 of my rims are bent, my suspension is shot, my alignment is off, and my tires need to be replaced. I spoke with the ** and he is offering no compensation for the many problems that exist with a recently purchased vehicle.

    Demand the immediate payment of $25,121.13. This demand is issued because of defective car repairs performed by Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill which caused further damages and then failing to honor guarantees on the work performed, in violation of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, which entitles me to an award of treble damages, attorney's fees, and costs. The following facts support this demand: 10/11/2022: Brought vehicle into MB Cherry Hill for water ingress diagnostic and repair 11/18/2022: Picked up vehicle and paid MB Cherry Hill $1734.83 for water ingress diagnostic and repair 11/18/2022: Returned to MB Cherry Hill after seeing water entering thru headliner 12/02/2022: Picked up vehicle from MB Cherry Hill 12/05/2022: Communicated to Ted L***** via phone call, text messages and photos that headliner improper and water is pooling in the front right sunroof channel 01/13/2023: Communicated to Ted L***** via phone call, text messages and photos that water pooling in front right sunroof drain channel and water isn't clearing 01/13/2023: Brought vehicle into MB Cherry Hill for water pooling in sunroof drain channel and improper headliner fitment 01/19/2023: Showed Tige V***** photos of water pooling, he said shop foreman looked at sunroof drains and assured me Tige would take care of any water ingress issues 8/4/2024: Contacted MB Cherry Hill via email regarding water ingress 8/9/2024: Tige V***** Service Director refused to take accountability, refused to fix car, failed to honor guarantee on work performed

    I put my car- Mercedes GLE350 into Mercedes-benz of Cherry Hill for repair the coolant. After I picked up car and went back to my place, the front panel of my car flew away when I was driving in highway. I even didn't realize that's my front panel since I didn't think the front panel will fly away suddenly if nothing happens. When I arrived in my place, I found that was my car's front panel and I just found the car was hit by something. I just left Mercedes and nothing happened during the time when I left to my space. I went back to Mercedes to ask them what happened during the time when my car was fixing. They said they don't have any camera on the day I picked up, but what's funny they have the camera when I dropped off my car! They only don't have the camera when I picked up the car! Until now, I don't know what happened to my car when my car was in Mercedes. I want you can help me get the camera and let Mercedes be responsible for my car. Thank you.

    My car was crashed in Mid-July, and towed to the dealership for repair, but now, after almost 2 months, the car is still at the dealership parking lot without any progress. My insurance company has paid everything in full already. The Benz body shop said they are waiting for the dealership to fix the suspension, so they can work on the body work, so I called the dealership. The dealership customer service always transfer me to a voice mail and never give me a response. I went to dealership, and the front desk staff ignored me and was talking to another staff. I found another worker at the dealership and they said everything depends on the body shop so they dont have any information. Who is responsible to repair my car? Are they ever going to work on my car? When can they give me the car back?

    Tuesday, July 5, 2022 my car was towed to MB-Cherry Hill because it stopped accelerating. It was an issue that was previously repaired but happening again, which I paid $4300 for and later found it is a covered recall item under the emissions safety modification. I just received my car back from a different recall service item concerning the brakes less than 1 week prior, on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. After my car was towed, I was informed the dealership has *************************************************************************************************************************************************** the case of my emergency recalls, GM, ***********************, refused to make a direct **** to cover a rental for me after confirming no loaners were available. Even after my car was in several times for service that was deemed unsafe due to the recall and I was charged $4300 for service items that are due to be reimbursed to me because they are covered under the recall. There was no extended courtesy made to me. I was told by an employee that those courtesies are made on a discriminatory basis and that I am considered a complainer in their dealership. I would like the refund of all of the money I paid out of pocket for all of the service issues I had that are covered under the emissions modification recalls in addition to the $4300 I paid for the turbo charger, an apology for the discourteous treatment I receive during my service visits and guaranteed loaner vehicles when my car is in for repairs. Thank you.

    06/01/22 is the day I drop the car at dealership Mercedes-Benz Cherry Hill. Trying to fix the air-conditioning the price was $2100. Waited three weeks and the price went $3900. Every time they said they will call Never happened . Now they are telling me there is no warranty on the parts

    This complaint is mainly for ***********************. I visited Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill on December 28, 2021. I made a deposit of $1,000 towards a GLC 300. ***** promised me that the deposit is refundable. However, I did not like the cars that ***** was trying to sell me. I reached out to ***** three times over the past months and heard nothing from him. It has been almost 5 months and I've already purchased my car at another Mercedes dealership. I would like my refund of $1,000.
