    I had my 203 Chevrolet Corvette at Mall Chevrolet in April 2023 and they diagnose the *** light was lite, they told me it needed a right front wheel hub assembly and told me it was the cause for the *** being lit. They said it would be ***e the same day so I waited around and it wasn't fixed and I had to get a lyft ride home 35 miles. *** I came back to pick p my car the next day and once i had paid the $910.24 and once paid, I went to get my Car, and the *** light was still lit, I went back in and asked the service advisor about it, and he said " Oh yeah your need a EBCM module !" and once on the road I had a flat, ( I put this in my other BBB complaint ) and in order to lift the car up so the AAA technician asked if I had jacking pucks, and I said their on the car, these are hi strength plastic snap-In jacking pucks, and he said "No here on your car1" and sure enough al 4 were missing. These cost about $50.00 which isn't all that much, it is Snap-in permanent there is no way for them to fall off, so the only way their missing is if someone used a tool to pry them off. So today I got a call from the service manager, ( I think ) at 'Mall Chevrolet' and not only very rude, almost belligerent about my BBB complaint and I'm not too sure what he was expecting but I tried to explain my unfortunate experience at this dealership, but then kept calling me *** or **** or ***, and then he said the lifts are special ones and the technician took them off and that do use them or their not original of something like that. I asked well wasn't the technician put them back on and I asked why they weren't put back on ? but this individual NEVER SHUT UP ! Then started telling me that some technicians but the parts in their tool boxes and then launched into a rather detailed word salad of something and on to something about "common courtesy" and he just wouldn't allow me to speak, so I hung up, I'm not going to allow that abuse. I'm 72, and this was just "elder abuse" .

    I purchased my ******** from Mall Chevrolet on 12/18. This is the second vehicle I've purchased since the old employees were so helpful, I was under the impression of the vehicle being precertified preowned. The day of the purchase the car was was in "optimum condition". Once I went home for the night the car started to make a whistling noise, broken ports. I went to the dealership on 12/23 they stated it was normal. The ports of the vehicle were broken and I'm thankful they are fixing it however, the other things I am experiencing within 30 days and under my ***** mile dealership warranty has not been resolved. I started to do research and realized the noise was not normal. In addition my check engine light came on. (although it shut off later). The service manager stated that "they can not diagnose the car because it was a ********" which is alarming that they did not disclose this information prior to purchase or once the vehicle started to have warning signs. The Service manager stated he will pay the deductible and to take it to ******** to be serviced on 1/10 when I went to ********** yet again to check the vehicle. On 1/11 I went to ******** for a diagnosis service since Mall Chevrolet advised and stated that they will pay the deductible. I was taken a back when I went to ******** and they stated to get a diagnosis I would have to pay ****** dollars. I call Mall Chevrolet and they declined to pay the diagnosis fee. I was baffled and disappointed because since Chevrolet specializes in ***** and cannot give my car a proper diagnosis due to their lack of knowledge of ********. They are making me accountable for this fee which is absurd. I find this baffling a standard for all used cars should be to ensure they receive proper diagnosis prior to sale. I hope this can be resolved. I will update my review as things continue to progress.
