      I keep receiving the same bill for the same procedure I paid a couple time and they refused to refund back my money, and they send me the bill

      I am a long time patient at Relieve ************************* and I am sending this complaint regarding there ********************* (*********) the supervisor who is ****, Ignorant,And Extremely Unprofessional. I have been trying to get in touch with this ***** now since my last appointment and again I'm getting No Response after 3 messages left and calling and asking for a supervisor they give me this Ignorant Uncaring Rude excuse for an employee she keeps using the excuse that it's the new year and we are short-staffed and we will get to it when we get to it. Period. She was so condescending in her tone and attitudes and excuses for going on 3 weeks now waiting for an answer about a medical form I can't do myself the ********** has to do it so I'm basically at there Mercy and have to imagine that there busy and can't get to it. She needs to be FIRED. If you are in the business of people's health and you are to busy to even give someone a call back to explain the staff shortage or WhatEver her excuse was it's NOT ACCEPTABLE.. This is the second time I've had to reach this ********* (medication ****** this year and had to hear the same excuse that they are short-staffed and a new year, Sorry. That's No Excuse, if you have staff shortages then you need to get someone to cover that ***** not just Ignore phone calls and Not Call back someone you already used that excuse on. I'm taking all this very personally from this *********, who today she said she IS the medication ***** Supervisor, then before someone really suffers at the Neglect of this person/***** and Files a law suit against this practice.

      Family medical leave of absence Paperwork ignored for 3 weeks. My leave of absence was denied because once again my forms were ignored after paying the $15 fee. I have called to check on it multiple times. I even asked for a supervisor to contact me for help. No one has called back and no one answers when you are transferred to them. I have been going here since 2017. The doctors are fine. Its the department that is supposed to fill out forms who have changed drastically since 2017. I was given a refund today by a different department. However it will not get my leave approved. I still have no forms filled out. I unfortunately have to find a new pain center because of this. I can not afford to have my leave of absence from work denied. I am in much pain and absolutely can not work 40 hours per week without giving out

      On 2/28/2023 i had a 9 am apt.with Relievus pain management to see Dr.Purwel. I arrived at 8:45 am as directed to fill out paperwork.I was told i would be first patient of the day.I have been a patient of this Doctor for 9 years.I was in extreme back pain and came in for a spine injection.The girls at the front desk fumbled with my MRI and paperwork and told me to have a seat. An hour snd a half later after one patient after another walked in and out i was asked to fill out additional forms. I saw the Doctor walk in and introduced myself. He was wareing sweat pants,, sneakers with a 3 day ***** growth and looked liked he just rolled out of bed and looked annoyed to see me and insted of telling a old returning patient who was squirming around in my chair for an hour and a half to come right in he informed me he had 2 patients ahead of me and you can reschedule. I respected and liked Dr. ****** thats why i returned. Instead of receiving my injection i was charged $35 and sat in his office for two hours and told to reschedule after my appointment was postponed twice this month by his incompetent staff.

      I read the complaint filed by *****************************. We apologize for the inconvenience we caused ****************** on his visit on 02/28/2023. Our medical practice was recently sold to another company. As a result, we had to convert to a new Electronic Medical Record software program. Unfortunately, the integration and learning process with this new system caused major delays with our physicians. Many of our patients were frustrated by the delays in seeing their physician during this period. Thankfully, all of our physicians are now thoroughly trained on the new system and we longer are experiencing appointment delays. We would like to offer ****************** a refund of the $35 he was charged.
