1 starEMT solar fraudulently scheduled a roof inspection that was never requested. They stole the lead from a broker that was working with us going around him to try and force a deal directly. Stealing leads from independent agents is poor form. Contacting people that your roof will be inspected tomorrow when snow is in the forecast is stupid. They should be ashamed of these business practices, it feels bullied and desperate on their part.Review fromMonica S

1 starI will share my story in a video on my social media.The run around and complete exhaustion I got from company has been awful. Please *******! Do more research! I had a contract out (not signed) because we waited to meet with contractors. and prices were agreed upon and we took off from work to meet with contractors. Everything was set from dates and mind you I have 3 kids, that had plans for them to be out of the house due to a full roof removal and r&r. After all that they came back and said, Sorry we made a mistake on pricing and have to cancel the job! The rollercoaster this company put me and my family through has been unimaginable and all during the holidays. YES, Ive contacted *** the owner, who truly doesnt care! I will share my story with all of the mount laurel community for I admin on their social media for others to be very cautious when dealing with this company. When I share what happened people are in disbelief, the customer service and the way they treated me was horribly. This was also before a job was done, so imagine when you get a job done with them and actually have an issue. PLEASE ******* before proceeding with this company. ****** was the one who ultimately said they made a mistake and cancelled and hung up the phone! ZERO stars. EMT Solar keeps contacting me even though I have made it clear that I'm no longer interested. **** ***** and others have been told not to contact me in any way, but their constant harassment is keeps occurring. I want them to cease and desist. Five contacts a day make this intolerable. The numbers that call include 856 area code numbers among others. Every time I block these, they call using a different number. Some kind of robocall scam to force you to listen to their unwanted pitch. I want no further contact with this business. I do not have any dealings with them past or present and want nothing to do with this shady company in the future.EMT Solar & Roofing

Decided not to go with the company as ***** the marketing direct beat around the **** with questions. After I told him no and left a bad review the harassment started. With multiple phone calls telling me he could lose his job. Offered me 500 to take it down and he would send it through one of the a payment app. Concerning is that they have your address and he was not happy.EMT Solar & Roofing

We politely were in contact with ********************* regarding his request for a no credit check proposal to which he declined and we responded accepting his decision to pass on going solar. For an unknown reason ************* decided to leave an unprovoked negative review on our ****** stating false claims about pricing and our reputation. ***** kindly reached out to ************* to address his concerns. When calling ************* answered the phone, after learning ***** was calling to address his review ************* stated "Im not taking the review down" and hung up on *****. ***** proceeded to offer compensation to have his review removed. We believe we tried to reasonably solve *************' complaint. For an unknown reason he decided to attempt to slander our company to no fault of our own. ********** My solar project started August 2023. I put out (4) requests out to solar companies requesting proposals to add solar to my house. The only one that responded was EMT Solar. So i went through the process for an inspection and proposal in September2023, so i signed off with EMT Solar. After all the paperwork and permits were approved in October 2023 it wasn't until January 2024 until the project started (New roof @ solar). All the work went well. I was satisfied with all the work performed. The roofing crew was great as well as the solar crew. They answered all of my questions as well as being well informed and very pleasant to speak to.And now the Downfall of my project. I'm a person (an EMT solar customer) that likes to be kept up to date with what's going on with the project. Unless I requested information from someone, it was like pulling teeth to get anything from people in the office or even the salesman i started the project with. At one time I included the owners on an email , and they didn't respond either. Sounds like a communication issue within the company?Finally the solar system is up and running in April 2024 and seems to be working okay, and that was after I chatted with someone from Emphase (the people monitoring the system) , telling them that the micro-invertors needed to be turned on! And last, to this date (May 2024) we have not heard anything from EMT solar as to customer satisfaction or any concerns? I don't know if anything will be addressed , but just to let people know of my experience with this company! Just one last thing, buyer beware and do your homework!EMT Solar & Roofing

Possibly the worst mistake I ever made going with this company. Took my money. Messed up the install several times. Took months to complete and have been trying to get them on the phone for over a week. Have left several messages and emails and got nothing in return. The phone was answered one time and I was sent to the sale rep ******* voicemail and never got a return. Stay away from this companyEMT Solar & Roofing
