            On February 8, 2024 I entered into an agreement for 5 cryoslim sessions with this business. This procedure is supposed to tighten skin and freeze away fat cells in the treated area. I asked several times how long before I see results and was told three different answers. First time was 2-3 months, second time was 3-4 months and the last time was months after the procedure. They took measurements but never showed me the results and they also never took before and after photos. On the website they did show before and after photos for this specific procedure. My treatments have been over for a couple of months now and I see no results in skin tightness or fat reduction in the treated areas. I spoke to someone else who also had this treatment done and also saw no results. Also, the description on the website for this procedure has changed from when I signed up originally. I do not want any more treatments as I think this is a scam. I could get the same non results by holding an ice pack on myself, which they also did. I just want my money back as they promised me a service that didn’t work.
