I ordered a product on June 19 on. I emailed them to ask whats taking so long on June 27. They said it was about to ship. On July first it said shipped with tracking. The tracking hasnt updated its July 15th they are no longer response via email and they have my moneyInitial Complaint

Company will not respond to correspondence. The tracking number they provided shows as “waiting for Shipment” 2 weeks after I received email that package was shipped. Have tried to reach out several times to get update on order placed a month prior with no response
