  Eastern Dental had me pay for 1 extra Dental cleaning at the cost $$88.This was never received, account was closed and according to Eastern Dental Region that the *********** office due to our debate cleared my Dental plan and records out of their computer records. This leaves me without my 3rd cleaning in 2023 and the inability to carry updated records to a new dentist, and because of the insurance Eastern Dental needs to waive the one month it time since it took September till now and I still don't have my cleaning.

  ******************************* was initially seen in our office April of 2023. His insurance covers a dental cleaning every 6 (six) months. Our recommendation to him was to come in and receive more frequent cleanings to prevent future bone loss and for better oral health.
  He was made aware that the additional cleaning scheduled for August 8th would have a co-payment of $82 and would not be covered by his dental insurance. He did pay the $82 at the additional cleaning appointment.
  His next cleaning (the one covered under his plan) was to be scheduled sometime in or after October. This being the 6 (six) month period where his cleaning is covered under his dental plan. ******* had this appointment scheduled for ***************************************************** coverage terminated October 31st, 2023. Therefore,the appointment scheduled in November had to be cancelled unless we received new dental insurance information, or he paid for it.
  ******* insisted he paid for this cleaning already. He only paid for his additional cleaning. He has no out of pocket for the 6 (six) month cleaning. ******* thinks because he paid for his dental insurances monthly premium he is *********** another cleaning.
  With dental insurance, when the policy is terminated, there is no longer coverage as of the day it ended. He had no coverage in November, so he was unable to be seen.Because of ******** actions and words to staff at multiple Eastern Dental locations, he is no longer able to be seen by the practice.
  As for the dental records, we sent ******* a copy. We are required to keep any and all dental records for a 7 (seven) year period.
