I purchased a heater/air unit 3 1/2 years ago from Eddie B Plumbing. The ** unit in July of 2022 was shutting off every night between 6-7pm and cease working. I paid to have Eddie B **me out 3 times and first they tried to blame them having the **ntrolled thermostat saying maybe another unit is turning it off (since it is a **ndo) and they put a manual thermostat on. I paid the service call. Se**nd day it did the same tech came out and said all looks good he would have to **me out at 6pm and actually see it happening but he leaves at 4. I said well can't the owner **me then? You dont believe me. I have been using your **mpany for 8 years both for my residence and this **ndo rental property. Tech called me the next day and said "I started the paperwork for the unit to be replaced". I said great. In the meantime I had another **mpany **me out at 6pm and wait for it to shut off while the new tech from new **mpany was there. It shut off like it did every night. He took a big bucket of **ld water and threw it on the ac unit and in about 3 minutes it started back up. He said "yes this unit is ceasing up and overheating from running al day and needs replacement". IT IS CEASING UP! I called Eddie B the next day and told them I had the other ** **me out and what they did with the **ld water and it worked. They said they would take care of it. I called 15 times between August 2022 through present and they refuse to call me back. This unit is under warranty for 5 years. I feel they want to wait the the warranty to run out. I don't know if any **sts are incurred for Eddie B to put through the warranty but if not I feel the are too CHEAP to want to pay ******* to install it on Eddie B time because I am NOT paying installation charges. I WANT A NEW UNIT IN WHICH I AM ENTITLED TO UNDER WARRANTY AND IT IS A DISGR**E THEY **TUALLY DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS WORD AND WANT THEIR TECH TO SEE IT. WELLT HEMSEND ONE OUT. THIS IS A DISCR**E!!! I PAID OVER $5K FOR **/HEATERBusiness response
