  3/8/24. Hired to replace bathroom vanity and shower doors, total cost $1890. Looked at vanity **************** Measured and remeasured to make sure all was good. Said no problem. If I run into pipe issue I have plumber but dont think so. Comes on 3/8 pulls out ****** says need help carrying stuff (painter was here was nice enough to help) then says big pipe issue. My husband tried to tell him just need to do this (verified by my son in law who worked with his dad who was a plumber). Would not listen. Then decides did not know vanity was one piece. How can you say that when you stared at the picture and specs at my kitchen table for a half hour? Can clearly see in photo and specs that it is one piece. If it wasnt drawers would be cut in half. My husband told him to stop and leave. Charged us $500 for an hour& a half. Just brags about his 74 excellent reviews when in reality doesnt know anything. Might be fine for easy things but clearly not for jobs like this. I certainly will pay for the time he was here but not $500. He is a con and manipulater. He lies and makes up things to try and correct his lies while trying to make you think you are wrong. I just dont want anyone else to have to deal with a situation like this. Thank you,

  I gave a estimate of $1,890.  to pull the vanity,top,sinks and faucets out and install the same type of unit that was in the bathroom.IE; 2 piece vanity screwed together and a resin top. I spent over and hour with ******** and **** going over details,measurements and explaining what I would do. The price also, included replacing the walk in shower doors that they would buy.I also di explain if there were and plumbing issues,IE;modifacations needed that I would bring in my plumber to take care of it at additional expense.  When I removed the vanity,and sink top I saw that the drain and hot/cold lines needed to be modified/re-routed to accomadate the new vanity. I explained this in person to husband-**** and he called ******** on the phone.I called the plumber for a price and he said $500. and that included helping me carry the vanity and the new Quartz counter top. These folks never said they were getting a heavy Quartz top with porcelin undermount sink bowels. After He I gave ******** the plumber price she first said that was to much money. They said their son -in-law could do the plumbing and i said thats ok.After ***************** up the phone he went back an forth about how easy it would be for me to to the plumbers work. I repeatedly explained that was out of scope with what I do thats why I bring in a plubmer, Modifing  the plumbing was NOT in the price I gave. I said to husband-**** no problem if your not comfortable with using my plumber you could hire one on your own, or get your son in law to do it. ***** said no pressure! If you want to take care of the rest and just pay me for what i have done im ok with that too. He askem for a price and I said $500. He said ok went over to his credenza paid me  i wrote him a paid in full reciept and he signed it and we shook hands and i left. It was on good terms. The next day I got a very nasty email from ******** and a slandering review on nextdoor website. I will mail you a copy of the paid reciept and the email in the mail as i cannot get it on my home computer. I have a very good reputation on yellowpages.com,google,manta and yelp I always to the best i can to serve my clients however these folks tried to pull a fast one on me. I told then I didn't know the new vanity was heavier thicker wood and all one piece. The old on was 2 vanities s**** together and the old top was a thin resin countertop NOT a heavy Quartz top with porcelion sink bowels. If they had told me that in the begining I would NOT have taken the job. Thank you, *******************-************
