Made vet appt on Dec 22, 2023. I was told that there would be a $75 fee to go to the appt, but I was never told it would be charged on the day of making the appt. They never said anything that if I rescheduled that it would not be returned. Basically they scammed me for $75. I came down with a flu on about December 24th. I tried many times to contact them and left several voice mails all LETTING THEM KNOW I HAD THE *** AND HAD TO RE-SCHEDULE, but due to the holiday weekend, no one was there, which is understandable. However, had they been organized, they would have reached out to me after getting my voice mails when they reopened on Tuesday, Dec 26th. No one got back to me, and they would have seen I did in fact call to cancel/reschedule many times via voicemail prior to my appt date, which was supposed to be the 26th-- the very day they opened up. They never should have charged the fee the same day that I booked an appt... this is so wrong on so many levels and they should be exploited for this theft. Also there was no written contract for this fee. It was all verbal. This leaves way too much room for confusion. The people working there aren't exactly very keen on giving you info when you ask either. I need a refund for this as this is a SCAM because I CALLED TO CANCEL DAYS IN ADVANCE MANY TIMES AND HAD THE ***.
