Horrible workmanship. If you want your chimney/roof fixed or serviced with a reliable company, DO NOT call these people. They were supposed to fix the water issue that was occurring at my home, I paid them and a year and a half later the same problem is happening. I have pictures from before the job and pics from when they came back out to look at the job and it looks like they didnt do anything. It looks horrible. The owner didnt even have the decency to get on the phone, some manager spoke on his behalf. Very sarcastic and laughing on the phone. I have a contract that shows what they were supposed to do and they didnt. In my opinion, if you are hired to do a job and got paid, you should do right by your customers. Once again, DO NOT choose this B.S of a company.

Rarely - used Chimney was filled with birds nest material. The men worked tirelessly for hours to remove what amounted to about four trash bags of leaves and sticks , attacking from both above and below till the job was done. Clean-up was thorough and spotless. Couldnt have asked for better service.

************ Thoroughly satisfied beyond my expectations. Installation of chimney liner was competitively priced, easily scheduled, and completed on time. Installation team arrived on time, explained their installation plan, performed work efficiently, and left our home clean. Personnel reviewed the install showing pictures of all completed work. I highly recommend you use them for any need.

Two visits from A-1. One to clean and inspect chimney flue and the next to install new stainless steel liner with cap and new SS covers on 2 chimneys. Both teams were on time, introduced themselves, got right to work, were very courteous of my home, explained what was being done. I was very satisfied with the quality of work done

Very professional workmanship, Friendly knowledgable workers. Satisfied beyond expectations! We will consider them for other work at some point in the future, they don't just work on chimneys. They do other types of masonry work if needed.

I would not recommend using this company for any work. If you do chose to use them then I strongly advise that you record all phone and in person conversations. I experienced multiple appointment cancellations for the contracted work. The fireplace chimney was the original reason for contacting them, the front steps did need work so that was added to the original call. The scope of work changed due to more damage to the steps than first reported to me by this company. Each new contract that was issued lessened the description of work for the original job (the fireplace chimney) until the actual scope of work listed in the contract was vague and focused on the steps and not the fireplace chimney. The steps where replaced and are to code. The fireplace received minimal work and the worker refused to re-secure the loose brick at the top of the chimney stating that they were not part of the contract and just replaced the cement cap at the top. The worker insisted that the chimney would have to be taken down 23 courses of brick at an additional cost of $7.800 dollars. When I questioned each new contract and the listed scope of work for the chimney I was verbally (over the phone) assured that the loose bricks would be re-secured and that was understood in the contract. Each conversation became a verbal shell game about what needed to be done, what would be done and what the contract actually covered. Over the phone the office staff would state one thing, the worker in the field than would insist that the contract facts where different and did not include what I was insisting was agreed to. Yes, I did sign the contract, shame on me and on anyone who believes what they are told when it comes to working with this company.

They cleaned my chimney and found it needed to be rebuilt and did a beautiful job it I was pleased with price and the job done It looked like the other on on the house and it worked fine They were extremely helpful and professional with my house . They were on time and prompt. They let my yard tidy and not a mess . They were polite and helpful with questions. I found the experience to be pleasant with their workers and and well worth the money.
