            Two months ago I noticed a random charge of 81.25 and again on my utility bill the following month. I contacted the company and they informed me that I signed up for their service in November 2023 . I asked them why they would randomly attach themselves to my bill five months later it didn't make sense. I told them I didn't want or need their gas services, especially during the summer. They were unwilling to refund my money back which they charged me more than what they are claiming signed up for.

            They came to the door and pretended to be PGE ("Wave Energy" was never mentioned). They asked for my number, and I gave it to them. They looked at my bill and said they were trying to see how my bill can go down. Suddenly, "Wave Energy" is authorized on my account; then a week later I get a notice in the mail saying that I agreed to let them be my gas supplier. I've tried calling several times and have had trouble getting ahold of anyone. This company is shady and I can't wait to cancel (if I can get ahold of someone).
