After years of being able to accept online payments with invoices, with no notice or explanation it no longer worked. The only way I found out was when I sent out $25k of invoices only to realize my customers could no long pay on line, AFTER hours of chats, phone calls, emails I still have no reason, though they used the words "business Decision" when means there was some reason to trigger this. Based on the fact they refuse to divulge this " decision" I can only assume its some form of discrimination. There is no logical reason for them to just stop allowing this, its a legitimate in good standing business' that pays thousands in processing fees.

This company has bad business practices. Typical Corporate ******* banking greed. Out of nowhere, this account was setup. Ad QBO. ( Intuit) started redirecting CC receivables into it. We thought it was just some cc processing holding account until we noticed we never got the funds. I hope someone starts class action law suit against intuit for this. The are a very unsavory company. Very questionable ethic. I'm sure they will prove we somehow enabled the account or feature. I can assure you we would never have. *********************** logic-IT.net

Wow. What a horrible company and app. I am a new corporation. Just needed to pay myself through payroll. First time I ever tried to run payroll they put a hold on my account. Flagged me as potential fraud. Asked for 6 months band statements, my **, and business license. Sent them the ** and license but tried to explain that since I am anew Corp I do not have six months of statements. They sent me an email stating my company is a high fraud risk, they are cancelling my account and will not ever allow me to subscribe again.

The salesperson told me the live bookkeeper would work WITH me as I want to fully understand my books and I want to learn my bookkeeping front to back. The reality was, I was completely shut out of the process, messages would not be responded to for days or not at all. Making an appt to speak to someone would take a week or more. The first bookkeeper did nothing at all, the second one completed the cleanup but did not communicate with me during the process regarding my business, my processes or procedures, what they were doing or why. My request is to do my own bookkeeping with their assistance guidance and oversight, they will not do this. After the cleanup was complete, I found a massive error, I had attempted to communicate to them regarding my processes but apparently what I said was completely disregarded. It took my sister and I several hours to figure out what was wrong. The problem was, I was taking owner distributions in cash without having logged the cash as having entered the company to start with. Yes, a stupid error on my part, this is why I wanted someone to communicate with and to assist me. How will I learn if I am shut out? Obviously, the bookkeeper wasn't paying enough attention to catch the error, but had I been allowed to be part of the process, then together I am sure we would have found it. So now my books have the "QuickBooks Livebooking Guarantee" for accuracy, which clearly means nothing now that I have found this massive error.

THIEVES! Do NOT sign up for QuickBooks Checking and Payments. They will take your money, lock your bank account and try to keep the money for over a year. QB advertised "QuickBooks ******************** with a 1% APY Interest Rate. I opened the account + a "merchant account." I didn't need a merchant account, but they force you to open one with the checking. I transferred money into the checking account to take advantage of the interest rate. After a few months I needed to access the funds, but noticed the account functionality was limited. A message popped up stating I needed to call customer service. I called CS, who stated an "internal business decision was made to close the account" and that my "funds will be available after TWO-HUNDREDED AND SEVENTY BUSINESS DAYS." I was furious & demanded to speak with a manager. I was told I could not speak to a manager that she could only put in a request for a manager to call me back in 48 hours. Thousands and thousands of dollars being held by these people and no manager available for 2 days!? AWFUL!Over the next few days I spoke to QB multiple times including supervisors who all kept repeating my money was being held for 270+ days. After 1 year, QB said the money would go to the state and claimed the difficult part in all of this would be getting the money from the state. WHAT!?! I was livid and contacted the BBB. Within 2days the "presidents office" reached out & connected me with their fraud ***** After asking me about 3 questions, the fraud **** cleared up the issue and reopened the account. He stated that QB decided to close my "Merchant Account" causing the checking account to lock. I think it was total BS and can't believe that these people were going to hold my money for over a year for NO REASON when a 5 minute phone call is all that was needed to clear up this issue. These people are thieves and should be absolutely ashamed for trying to hold people's money for 1+ years. Report these criminals!!!

In November 2019, our company, TriStar ************************************ entered into a 3 year subscription for Intuit QuickBooks, and we paid for the 3 year subscription at that time. We recently received an email from Intuit informing us that the program we subscribed to is being discontinued, but they are offering us an option of an upgrade program with added features. The upgrade offered, Intuit QuickBooks ****************** Silver Edition, is about 6 times the cost of the subscription for which we applied, and we are still under the 3 year subscription that doesn't expire until November 2022. However, the program we subscribed to is now missing features that our company relied upon heavily for online banking and more. ************** is a small business corporation, with minimal employees, and the upgraded program with the added features are not needed by our company. We have tried to contact Intuit by phone with no return calls, we have emailed with no responses, and the features we have lost on the subscription we paid for in 2019 has caused our company to lose time we could be devoting to other company tasks. We have requested for Intuit to contact us to discuss a package that will meet our needs, as opposed to being forced into a package with upgrades and features we don't need. So far we have not received a response. We have been satisfied with the program we purchased in November of 2019, and would appreciate someone from Intuit QuickBooks to contact our company to develop a program that isn't 6 times the cost of the subscription we currently have, with all the features that came with the subscription in November of 2019, and provide the subscription to our company for at least the remaining 5 months of the subscription we paid for.
