WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! I had my kia sportage towed to Fette Kia in Clifton because it was having mechanical issues on August 31st 2023, I was with vehicle at time of drop off as I lease this vehicle from Fette Kia, I was told my vehicle would not be seen until the end of September, at that point I asked if they ha a loaner and the response was NO! I asked if they provide rental they said yes but not until the vehicle was diagnosed and the problem was detected, I was not offered a ride nothing, a week goes by and not a word from dealer, I need a vehicle I'm a single mom with a special need son, I'm call Fette get no information so I call Kia Corporate and open a case, Corporate is able to get thru to them and finally I hear that the found the problem I said great may I now have a rental sure call u back in 10 min that was Wednesday the 6th I never received a response, I continue to call and I'm sent to Voice Mails all Thursday and most of Friday, I once again called corporate and then they call me to tell me they found another issue so I ask AGAIN for a rental and I was told they didn't have anything so I Finally got a rental Saturday September 9th, and I haven't heard anything from Fette Kia since and it's now September 19th 2023. Worst experience with a dealer ship!!!!!
