I ordered a bounce house for Saturday June 4, 2022. After about 3 hours after being installed at 11 am, my guests arrived for a party at 2:30 and 5 minutes into the party the blower began to blow out black smoke and got extremely hot. The bouncer blew a power fuse and the entire first floor of the building lost power. I called them right away and around 3:30 the bounce house was picked up and gone. The pick up team informed me that even thought I paid cash at delivery they could not give it back and that a check had to be formally processed for records. I called the company on Monday and was told a check was processing and needs about 2-3 weeks. After 4.5 weeks and constant reaching out, I was finally told that today, June 30,2022 my check would be delivered to my home and placed in the mail box. I waited all day and it never came, I also called several times and left several Messages and no one answered. I have been extremely patient and kind, and I feel taken advantage of. Please help me get my refund.
