The team at Record Click was responsive and accurate. I have completed two research projects with them, and I am absolutely well pleased with the results. Record Click researched both my ascendency and then my wifes. They were able to trace my lineage back to the ****s in the U.S. and ****** and my wife's ancestors in Europe during and preceding World War II. The reports they provided were well organized and presented the information in a very useful format. Their ***************************** allowed me to download numerous documents, photos and scanned images that they used in their research. I highly recommend Record Click for genealogical research.

After spending 15 years researching my parent's ancestry, the low hanging fruit of what was easy to collect and determine who was who was done quickly. I was fortunate to collect data from others that was already determined. Early on I hit two road blocks I finally had to tackle. The two problems I had were a single parent family (missing father) and tracing back the immigration into another country in the same family. Having done a Y-*** test to help determine my true surname, it helped get closer to who the missing father was in the family. I hired Record Click (RC) to help in my understanding with the interpretation of the *** results and help with the triangulation process of identifying what family and individual in that family was the missing father. In order to accomplish my goals it requires OTHER *** testers to communicate data what they know with me. RC pointed me in the right direction until I can get more info from others.RC did what is challenging to do concerning this type of work for me. They researched in a methodical manner AND in an organized fashion. When hiring them, provide everything you know at one time in the beginning since time is money. ** identified a family that has five men that could be the missing father. RC provided documentation (census reports, a wedding notice, Find a Grave info, and a will) that is the core of my current research. Thank you RC.

The research Record Click didn't have a lot of results or documentation to substantiate the relationship of brothers between **** and *****************************. There were two ship records but these are common names in ****** culture. My research didn't show they were brothers. It would have been nice to see more research from ******; i.e., household records, moving out/moving in record, birth records, etc. I was disappointed for the money that was spent, 20 hour package, only four documents were produced. The rest shown in the project portfolio were all from my research. After a few communications with ***** I was able to get links to the documents that were provided. The project manager was unable to. ***** was very accommodating. The level of communication was next to nothing. Just two - will be starting the project soon and will be finished with the project by the next week. That's it. Disappointing!!I think I would find another genealogy company to see if I can get more concrete results.

My experience with Record Click was exceptional and mainly because I am on the trail of my third great grandfather who has been eluding me for a very long time.
