Sakoutis Brothers merged or sold their business to Republic for my trash removal service within past three months. I paid Sakoutis $100 for their trash container and they did not refund my $100 when they merge to Republic. I have Sakoutis' trash container. I have Called Sakoutis' buisness number 10 times and it routes you to the newly merged company-Republic and they have no prior records of Sakoutis, spoke with a Republic supervisor says nothing they can do. I want Sakoutis to take their can as I have no use for it and refund my $100. I have no bills from Republic because they never mailed bills to me in past 6 months.Initial Complaint

I subscribe to their trash collection service and was ask to pay in advance quarterly. When I am not satisfied their service and want to cancel, they refused to refund the remaining two month's credit even though I called to cancel the service on Oct 21, 2021. The owner even tried to justified this by saying they need a 60 days in advance for cancellation. Which has never been communicated nor indicate on their ******** account. The owner claimed this policy was mentioned on their website, which they don't even have one.
