  I paid Majestic Exteriors over $54,000 to complete several items at my home during a remodel. There are two items involving the front columns and the front porch bluestone steps that need repair. I have been communicating with them for more than 6 months to get this resolved as it is holding up other work that needs to be completed and I also need this work finished to get a ** from my town.

  To Clarify:

   

  Majestic Came in to this project in which the homeowner was having big night ***** with a General Contractor in the new Construction Build of her home. 

  We came in and fixed the previous roof installed by that GC

  We came in and Reset every single window that was installed from the previous contractor

  We came in and re-framed every single door and installed new

  We install all New PVC Trim/Columns Trim Boards

  We installed new Siding on the entire House

  The Front Platform & masonry work was installed by a sub contractor and paid to him direct NOT to Majestic.  However, as a courtesy to the customer we are trying to help in this situation for her to get the sub contractor back to repair the cracks on the Platform.

  PLEASE NOTE:  This Platform was done in February 2019.  It is now 2022!  May I add, there have been a MULITUDE of Contractors hired by the customer to do the whole inside of the house & they all have been tracking, disturbing & breaking the platform area.

  The Front Veneer Stone was done by another ***** that she hired not us.  But the final blame is put on Majestic, not sure why.

  The ***** will be going back, ONLY for a courtesy.  Keep in mind of the massive delays in labor & material shortage that all contractors have been facing and every project takes it time to complete.

  The two Front Columns (gorgeous) by the way that the customer is stating is crooked, was NEVER crooked after the initial install 3 years ago.  However, I will send my ********* back to straighten it out once the ***** as completed the repairs. 

  I really and truly do not appreciate the badgering & blame put on my company that are not our issues and for the customer only bringing immediate attention to this because she is trying to collect her remaining GRANT ********** We have stellar reviews and there is a reason for that!  This complaint should absolutely not stand nor be put on our profile!

  Again, in between all the rain days & windy days this spring, things are delayed to get done.  We appreciate patience from every customer
