      I started with a LX180 that never failed to start and then purchased an E170 that strops running wherever I need it the most. Because I had the snowblower, chains and weights with electric lift I invested in a new engine. One year later and the engine stopes after running just a few minutes. All new gas lines, plugs, fuel pump and filter and it's sitting in front of the barn with snow on the way..I purchased a E150 for when the D170 isn't running which is most of the time. Now to send it back to the shop and hundreds more in repairs.

      I am the owner of a **** Deere Lawn tractor (E110 - From ******) that is still covered under the factory warranty (extended). It was sent to Central Jersey Equipment in *****, ** (authorized JD dealer) about 2 weeks ago (07/11/2022) as it would not start/run. It was radio silence until yesterday (07/21/2022) when I CALLED THEM. I was informed that the part needed to repair the same was on back-order AND WOULD NOT BE IN UNTIL SEPTEMBER!!! REALLY???? Who is going to cut my lawn until September? The REAL kicker, I asked if Central Jersey Equipment could get the part from another dealer (to speed up the process) and was further informed that "other dealers would not give up the part as then they would be out of stock and have to wait for the back-order part". REALLY? Wow, this is customer service......NOT!Questions:Why did I have to call them to find out it was not going to be repaired until SEPTEMBER? What is the course of action that Central Jersey Equipment is going to take in the interim? Loaner? Cover my landscaper cost to have my yard mowed? Again, no answers and radio silence yet again.My first **** Deere gave me 18 years of service, so the product is reasonably well built, HOWEVER, with my current 2.5-year-old, Central Jersey Equipment has had it twice (counting this occurrence) and the service has been far less than stellar and I pessimistically await their response.More to come - stay tuned.....****** (service Manager) called me on 7/22/2022 to better understand my issue. Explained that there ARE loaner machines, but for the landscaping client/customers of theirs - NOT HOMEOWNERS!! This is **** Deere customer service. Would get back with me,7/26/2022 and radio silence.......My review so far......ZERO STARS
