      I purchased a pair of headlights for a 2005 Mini Cooper from JP Auto. After about a month the passenger light started working intermittently, then failed altogether shortly after. This wouldn't be an issue as the parts were said to have a 90 day return policy and a 1 year warranty. However JP Auto will not honor this warranty. It took many tries just to get in touch with someone through email. They then proceeded to ask a multitude of needless questions such as who did the install, have I made sure it was the right part, and if I have looked up a part at my local dealership with my VIN number to see if it is a match. After responding to their questions with a clear and concise email regarding exactly how the part failed and what my options were, they have ignored me and will not respond to inquiries about how to handle this situation. All I would like is a refund for faulty parts but they will not honor the warranty the site claims their parts have. There is no *working* phone number to call and talk to anyone, and frankly at this point I would happily pay a higher price for the same part just to have some support behind the product. Needless to say, if this issue can be resolved, JP Auto will never have my business again.

      An agreement has been reached between the company (JP Auto) and I outside of the BBB complaint I have filed. I am unsure if it was because of the complaint that they reached out to me, but they agreed to send me a replacement for the defective part that I received from them. If possible, this complaint can now be marked as resolved.

      I purchased a transmission on 6/15 and was told it would be brought today and it did not. I asked for the shipping number and was told there is none because a driver will bring it. I have been lied to and my money has been stolen from these thieves. The rep I worked with goes by ********************* with the email address ******************** I have been scammed. The charge on my card is even from CA under a different name but they said they are based in **. Someone is lying. This needs police attention. Shut this business down!

      Order #****** was placed on 12/5/22. Parts were returned defective and received RMA number. *****. Parts were received back by JP Auto. When inquiring about refunded monies, we have been told that it was processed on 2/5/2023 to the original credit card. We have NOT received ANY credit on or near that date. We have contacted our credit card. company as well and they have verified that nothing has processed. Numerous contact emails have been placed to JP Auto asking for a phone call to resolve the issue and we have heard from no one.

      I ordered headlights for my van from them on June 6th 2023. The headlights I received did not fit. Price was *****. So I shipped them back and they gave me a ***** credit back on my card. There were no restocking fee I saw whatsoever. I tried calling them busy signal all the time. Tried emailing them also. All Im asking is they put ***** back into my account. Read their reviews after I sent product back. They were a lot of same problems as mine. Thanks

      I ordered a part for my vehicle and paid extra for specific shipping date and I have no information on the status of my package it should have been here days ago I can not get in touch with anyone from Jp auto I desperately need this part my car is just sitting in my driveway I have to order the part from someone else because I cant wait any longer for an answer much less my part to be delivered I would like my money back because I have to get the part elsewhere

      I purchased a set of headlights for my *** and installed them, then noticed that the adjustment mechanism is useless and does not work. These items are of poor quality! I did not meet the 30 days for the return but, this is a quality issue problem! This product is unsafe!

      On March 22, 2023, I placed an order for two headlights (Order #******, for $196.91). They were received and discovered they were incorrect for my vehicle. After placing a NEW order for the correct lights, I requested and was granted an RMA (#*****) to return the headlights. The original headlamps were returned back to the vendor and verified to be delivered on April 25, 2023 ****** Tracking# ************). It's now May 26th and we still have not received our refund for the returned product.
