      Tracking status shows no updates and i have been waiting since march 13th. It sqid my package would be delivered march 16th when i placed my order and i still havent received my package and its really important to get it as soon as possible. We pay over 12 for shipping to get here in a certain amount of time just for it to not be delivered when it says it will be. Jp auto needs to update there tracking status as it doesnt give you any information and all it says is order confirmed

      Ordered a set of mirrors on order ******* for my 2012 Honda Civic LX. The type were power glass, non-heated, manual folding. Once received, found that the passenger mirror was not the correct mirror, didn't even mount the same or even have folding ability. Have contacted this company numerous times via email to get this resolved with no success thus far. They've asked for photos of the incorrect part and I not only provided that, I also provided photos of the actual mirrors on my vehicle along with the photo of the correct mirror off of their website and their engineer stated this is the correct mirror and further stated some vehicles have different style mirrors on either side of the vehicle which is absurd. Both my mirrors mount on the door just under the glass and this incorrect mirror mounts on the wing forward of the glass.

There is no phone number for this company and I've been emailing them but they are giving me the run around about this issue.       I ordered 2 headlight kits from JP auto online on 1-6-23 cost for products $266.28 plus $14.99 shipping. The items were returned but I did not get my refund as they had promised. JP atuo assigned order ID# was ******. Total that was charged to my card by JP auto aka Jersey Primary was $281.27 this payment was confirmed & cleared my account on 1-9-23. Products arrived by Fedex 1-12-23 two boxes taped together. Once opened one headlight cap was broken off which exposed the bulb. The other was fine. I was unable to reach company in question via phone ###-###-####, as this number just rang busy then disconnected. On 1-12-2023 I put in a request to return the damaged headlight, JP auto response was "Your return has been submitted for review on January 13, 2023, 11:27pm UTC"). They indicated I could check the return status at anytime at their website & they would notify me when a decision had been made concerning my return request. I received this email @ 6:27pm. At 8:43pm I received a response by email from JP auto which said ("Your return was accepted"). And they would refund me $266.28 the price of the items. To review my return and complete the process I had to click a link to there website. I click the link reviewed my return order request, print the packing slip and mailing label. Return address ** ******** **** ***** *** ******** ** ***** plus the company's phone # ###-###-####. Return instructions on packing slip indicated I had to return both boxes as they were received "taped together. Both boxes were repackaged & taken to FedEx mail box center on 1-17-2023 @12:21pm tracking# ************** Reference #RMA ******  I received proof of delivery for tracking # ************** & JP auto received the boxes by FedEX Ground and was confirmed on 1-19-2023 signed by LJON @ 9:34am. As of today I have not received a refund or replacement products nor has JP auto reached out to me with any further information or resolution to this transaction.
