      I ordered a headlight on 8/5/22 that ended up being the wrong part, I tried to return it using their online link and get a message that says order is too large and to please contact customer service. However, there is no way to contact customer service, no phone number on their website and the numerous emails we sent have not been responded to. The phone number listed with the the BBB does not work and constantly says user busy when its called. I need send the item back and get my $600 back!!!!

      I ordered a driver's side and passenger side mirror for my 2006 ***** Civic on June 9, 2022.A week and a half later, they said my parts were delivered but they never were. I have tried to call, e mail customer support and use their chat system and they have not gotten back to me at all. No parts ever received and no money back for the part. I see many complaints on the BBB website and see that this company is scamming people. I'd like my money returned.

You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full days of the carriers estimated delivery date.       The item was never delivered therefore was not stolen. Like all the other complaints, you never even shipped a product to me, you just took my money. Total scam.

      I purchased the set of taillights for a 06 ****** tundra on dec.7th. Realized that they were wrong parts and sent package back for refund on dec.12th. I tracked package and it was delivered back to Jpauto on dec.14th. I have sent multiple emails to the company, with no response or refund. It is now the 17th dec. And I need to order replacement part before Christmas. Please issue refund and help me bring closure to my refund.

      December the 6th I ordered a headlight for my 2007 ***** Malibu. I contacted ***** where I previously was employed at for 7 years stated that of course a label has been made and they have not yet received the actual package . I read reviews and this always seems to happen . ***** should have already received the package . Its suppose to be delivered tomorrow and ***** hasnt even received it yet. Its Christmas time . Nobody has extra money to be wasted or scammed away from . I could have ordered from ******* and it would have already been in my presence. I know the game, I worked for ***** . If they havent already received the package they are not going to . I wish to have a full refund . I will never order from them again.

      I ordered a left rear 06 ***** Accord LED tail light on July 22 2021.It was received, when the body work was finished on that left rear quarter panel we installed all the bulbs, and all the needed accessories from the damaged tail light that was removed. The Tail light from J.P. Auto was too long and stuck out past the side body lines. I returned it on August 10, 2021 via ****** It was received by J.P. Auto on August 17. at **** PM and signed for by FFIN. The ***** tracking number for that returned item is ************. Sent from *******************. I did go to our Local ***** Dealer and ordered the tail light for my *********************** $187.00 plus ******** sales tax. It was made in ******** ***** it it was a perfect fit. I cannot suggest that the item they sent me was for my car or not but it did not fit. Perhaps it was for a later model. I called their phone number this morning and the recorded reply was: The number you called is not a working number. Their tai
