So my friend bought the girls a *****/***** car ******* for Christmas and once they opened the package we realized the batteries that the box clearly states is in it, most certainly was not. Was going to return them to ****** to find out they were sold out. Ok so we think no big deal we will just purchase new batteries. That has prove to be the impossible without buying a whole new car. I called the company left a message and sent them 2 emails questioning how to get batteries. I finally called again and spoke with their customer service. I was told they do not have replacement parts nor do they sell them. I questioned them what they do when their product dont work or have not parts they suggested for me to buy a whole new product or find someone who is t using their batteries. Otherwise take back to the store. I explained the store has no more and how am I going to tell my 6 year old daughter she cant have her gift no more. She said the company is based on ****** and they have no way to sell or replace parts. What kind of company doesnt have parts to replace their items? They wouldnt even send me new product and I send these ones back. After doing research tons of people having this problem. Very shading company not honoring product. So basically you are SOL if one you purchase their product and it doesnt work from the beginning or have missing parts. Not sure how they can honor warranty this way.
