I took his class the recertify for my BLS instructor card in March 2023. ********************* told me I would get my card in my email in 48 hours. As of September 2023, I still have not received my card. I have a host of emails and texts asking for my card and receiving excuse after excuse including blaming it on the ************************** (AHA). I reached out to AHA who advised the ******** center i.e. ********************* was responsible for issuing my card. Long story short after a host of emails and texts I still have not received my card. I believe at this point he has blocked my phone number and email as he no longer responds. So I will chop it up as a loss. I filed a complaint against him with *** and will be putting a review of ********************* and his business on the ********************** site as well. Nonetheless, it is horrible to go through this, and it's even worse that others have endured this predatory behavior from someone running a business that consumers would believe is above board but it is not. I hope this review and the others will prevent someone else from becoming a victim of *********************. BEWARE STAY AWAY
