Despite the fact that his complaint has no factual basis, it is Barker Lounge policy not to respond to customer issues in any type of public forum, so we will not dispute these facts here. If customer has any issues at all, we're happy to discuss them over the phone or in person.

I am rejecting this response because:The business may not want this in a public forum but bad business practices should be made public.
I was told a specific price for two specific services and only one of those services was provided. Staff at the Barker Lounge were not interested in resolving the issue and expected me to pay more.
