I am very disappointed in this company. I had ordered a kayak from a company in **********. They emailed to say that the delivery company they use doesn't come all the way to where I live, but they could meet us at a location 35 minutes from my husband's work. We were told we would receive a call a few hours ahead of time so we could get to the meeting point. I received an email 5 days prior to delivery indicating a 4 hour window. I called asking for a more specific time and was told by the delivery company that we would receive a phone call a few hours prior to delivery. Fast forward to delivery day. I received a call around 6:30 am telling me the driver was 2 minutes away. I explained to the driver that my husband would take 35 minutes to get there and they were supposed to have called me. He hung up on me and I immediately received an automated message stating the driver would arrive in 2 minutes. I called the company and the person I spoke with apologized, stating it was company protocol to call ahead of time but the driver must have forgotten. He told me he could either leave my kayak at this random location until we arrived, or I could pay a redelivery fee and reschedule. I told him that made no sense since they are the ones who made the error. He said he was sorry and tried to call the driver. I received a call from the driver asking when we could arrive. I told him 35 minutes and he said he would wait. Ten minutes later he called me again and asked when we would be there. I told him 25 minutes. He complained and I told him he was supposed to have called us. He said, ************ f***** up." I asked to repeat what he said and he mumbled something. I told him my husband was on his way and I expected him to wait. My husband arrived and he was gone. I called the company again and they had to call the driver and have him come back to the location. I ordered a $1500 kayak. Delivery instructions clearly stated MUST BE INSPECTED BY CUSTOMER and SIGNATURE REQUIRED. ********************** window was 2:30 - 6:30 PM. ***** arrived at 1:30, even after I called and argued that I could not be there until the agreed upon time. Delivery was left on my property without my permission. Driver was rude and ignorant on the phone and actually hung up on me. This company is likely the WORST I have ever dealt with and I WORK for a trucking company! You won't find an honest good review of them.Review from Erica J

My home warranty booked them to deliver my fridge. The first set of guys that came were amazing. Once they started to deliver my fridge they saw that it was damaged on the compressor and gave me that update. I refused the fridge and it took them almost two weeks to deliver my new fridge. It was delivered with hardly damage (just scrapes and dents), the workers did NOT install my fridge and told me that I was responsible for trash disposal. When I called my home warranty, they informed me that that wasn't true and that they should have installed the fridge. I called the company back and was met with so much unprofessionalism and was told that I refused installation and that I didn't have a waterline. My old fridge is still hooked up, just pushed to the side, so that was completely false. This company doesn't even deserve a one star.Review from Ward W

Ive been in the logistics business for over 45 years and Ive never in my life dealt with a company so incompetent as A M Home Delivery. I ordered a ** through a vendor of a large company. This vendor was quick to ship out my **, but unfortunately used A M Home Delivery. A M did pick up the ** in a timely manner and transported it across the ** to a warehouse (storage building) in ************** where it has sat since March 26th. After it arrived there I waited a week for them to contact me to schedule delivery. I never heard anything from them so I called them and they told me I lived outside their delivery zone. I called the seller and told them and he emailed them to see what was going on with no response. After another week I called to setup me coming 150 miles up to pick it up. The day before I was to come pick it up I got an email saying no one was going to be there so I would have to reschedule. Needless to say they are the WORST company I have ever seen. Stay far away from doing business with these thieves.Review from Bennie M

They delivered the oven 3/1/2024. Left it sitting on the kitchen floor. I asked about the installation, which I paid $199.95 for. They acknowledged that they are supposed to install it, but said they were unprepared for it. I asked whats next, and the kid said he would run out to the truck and check and let me know. He went out to the truck, hopped in and they drove off. I called the AM delivery/installation place which is their national headquarters and talked to them. They said the delivery people said the oven would not fit in the hole. They took no measurements, and it will fit in the hole with ease. (I and a couple of friends installed it later. It slid right in.) The headquarters guy told me he would call the local office and get back to me. He did not, so I called the company again several hours later, and told the woman I wanted it installed. She said their people reported that it would not fit in the hole. They measured nothing. And a second visit would cost me an additional 75 dollars. Their employees lied to me and lied to the company and the company accepted the lie.And here is a kicker. I tried to call the company I bought the thing from. They filed for bankruptcy this morning. Will get no help from them.Review from Kayleigh A

Nobody mentioned the storage or change of address fee. Im so frustrated with them that I will never order from this company again. I had some moving delays, and I understand this was my fault. When customer service called NO ONE said anything about fees. I definitely wouldnt recommend.Review from Lilla D

My husband and I ordered a stove from ********************.com which I believe uses this service. They have failed to deliver the stove 4 times now for a variety of reasons and take no responsibility for their mistakes. They also are charging us a storage fee instead of waiving this as a gesture to acknowledge their own incompetence. Their customer service is a joke, we even had one woman hang up on us quite scornfully. Would not recommend this shipping service to anybody, business or individual!Review from Raegan K

I was very nervous about having my couch delivered through AM trucking. However, they exceeded my expectations. Arrived on time, put together my couch for me, and took away the packing material. It was an extra charge for this service, but in my opinion it was worth it. The delivery men were very nice and had good communication.
