              Bought a couch for $3,687. The cashier said he rang my debit card twice so he refunded me a payment. The next day, accounting dept called & said he actually only rang me up once so the refund he gave canceled out my payment. But $3,687 was already taken out of my checking acct. When i explained this, They said it takes 7_10 days to get the refund & wanted to charge Me another $3687 which I don't have bc the refund is not there yet. Now I have no couch & my money has not been refunded.

              SAME as ******* below, they are refusing to pick up the recliner that is not the one intended on getting unless i reselect right now. i have asked for store credit, and they will not allow it. Also, i wanted the one online and they insisted they could not get it, yet i was able to go online and order it and it's being delivered tomorrow. They lied just to get the comission.i have offered restock fee and they still will not come get it, will not refund me, and will not give me a store credit. WORST attitudes ever in the fairless Pa office! Horrible customer service, it does not have anything in writing on the receipt for this situation. it's too big for my space the sales lady KNEW it was not what i wanted. She bad mouthed the online store and discredited them. Shameful. I want a ******* refund!
