            Order date: 04/24/2023 3rd party purchase through Bestbuy.com Device began to malfunction 101 days after purchase prompting a warranty claim. The screen and keyboard glitched.Warranty claim filed on 08/28/2023 Claim RMA # ****** Shipped device on 09/08/2023 **** tracking #********************** Correspondence from the company on 09/11/2023 saying the device was recieved and being repaired and would be returned in 10 days.Contacted company on 09/28/2023 in regards to status of repair.Company response was that the device was "in production" and that I would recieve an update with 24hrs.Called from 3 different phone numbers on 09/25/2023 and when I gave my plan ID, ******* hung up each time.This laptop is for my daughter for online school. Each day that she is without it places her further behind. I am currently taking her to the library to complete assigns.This company is a scam.

            Sold me a refurbished laptop on Walmart.com the laptop came with a damaged screen. Did not state that in the description or anything. Had to go through the manufacture to get it replaced. Was a hassle of going back and fourth.

            Hi *****,I am so sorry that this happened with the unit received. I reviewed this case and see that the order was purchased in ******* on February 25 2023 and delivered on March 3 2023. Unfortunately, I do not see any communication reporting a damaged screen once the item was delivered so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. I checked the phone records as well and dont see any attempt to contact ** from the number on file for the issue reported.I do see that you reached out to ** via ******* on May 17 for a return, however, I am unable to accept the return of the item as it is outside of *******s 30 day return period.I am so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, however, because the issue was never reported to **, I am unable to assist as this is not something covered under the 90 day warranty provided as it is considered physical damage.Thank you for your understanding.Sincerely,PlanITROI
