Business failed initially to remove me from membership in 2/22. Due to failure of removal from membership status, 6 months of membership fees were charged and deducted from my bank acct- to resolve this issue upon my discovery months later, company agreed to offer the 6 months in services combined in sessions of 2 hrs or 1 hr. Company offered a 2 hr session 9/22, a 1 hr session 10/22, 1 hr session 11/22 and finally a 2 hr session commencing on 12/23/22- business called due to weather they requested I can only have a 1 hr session and the second hr will be rescheduled- I agreed to this knowing all was paid months prior to this issue arising- arriving for session I was informed I need to pay for this session- a request was made to call manager and they said best they can do is offer a membership rate- but these last two hours were paid in full at membership rates earlier in the year and these two hours are what company owes customer - membership rates are approx $79 and they insisted they cannot change anything and refused to contact manager or owner for resolution- this company rightfully owes customer a refund if two sessions at membership rates or a fulfillment of services prior paid in full- statements of payment provided upon request- company has all notes and supporting transactional documents - company refuses to honor store credit
